Excellent service. We had Alex do our inspection and he was very down to earth honest. Walked us through the inside and outside of our new home. Really happy with the service and the thorough inspection that was done! Will be using these guys again! Highly recommend.

To give some context: my realtor recommended them, this is our first time buying a house and of course it’s pretty stressful. Scheduling was quick 5/5, payment processing was easy 5/5, availability was within 48 hours 5/5, Wilmer (inspector) was thorough, they tested everything from electrical breaker box to notes about chips in the paint. We already knew the heater and AC looked old and he could give a little guidance on repair/replace and sooner vs. later.

Overall I really appreciate their professionalism and response time. There was one snafu where allegedly somebody emailed them in and said we wanted a mold inspection added which we didn’t. That was cleared up quickly 5/5.

I had no problems and a lot of good experiences so I can only highly recommend their work.

I cannot say enough good things about the men at Diamond Perfection, they always get me right in. The report is the most user friendly well put together report I’ve got so far. I had a inspection completed at 3 pm. Already got the report. They will continue to get all my business!!!

We had our home inspection done by this company once we moved in we noticed the water heater kept turning off once we looked at it we noticed it had in proper draft, no sediment trap and it being completely ripped at the bottom meaning it had been leaking gas for a while, the inspector did not even inspect it as nothing about this was written in the inspection report which is a big safety hazard for my family and now we had to buy a new water heater. We contacted Alex Cancino and he keeps saying he will call us back and help us out but he just never does the customer service is not good at all. Company does not act how a 5 star company should if they were never willing to help us out in the first place then why would they keep leading us on saying they would .Just be an honest, loyal “5 star” company how they promote it.
They also did not let us know they charge an extra fee to check sprinklers and blamed it on cold weather as to why they couldn’t check them when the weather was warm as an excuse which lead to the house having a pipe leak in the basement that we had to fix also the shower glass in the bathroom leaks water when you shower

UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNSAFE! SUED THEM AND WON! I had them inspect my home at the recommendation of my realtor. Everything seemed fine, they came and gave the report. I closed and moved in and started to do some light renovations. They never checked the water pressure, the PRV was bad and sending dangerous amounts of pressure through my pipes that could have flooded my home. Not only that, the water main shutoff was also broken. Both not listed in the report. But the main issue was electrical. They told me my house had Romex (copper) and it was noted as such on the report. I had an electrician come to help renovate, the whole house is aluminum. For those that dont know, Aluminum can cause fires and double your insurance premiums. The Romex was one strand in the attic going to nothing and it was live and uncapped (my house could burn down, they didnt say a word) I contacted Alex and told him the issues and he said he'd come ASAP to check things out. It took 2 weeks of constant nagging to get him to show. He'd constantly no show agreed times and ignore me. Once he did finally come, he acknowledged that they made mistakes and he'd help fix the issues. He never called me back, ignored texts and calls from me. I had to call the office to get him and it was the same story each time "I need to check with my partners on what to do, but aluminum was standard back when the house was complete so we dont see the issue" How about the fact you falsely reported for my house, didnt warn about the major issues, and then started ghosting when you knew you screwed up.

Ive let my realtor and other friends that are realtors know, and they said they will stop referring business to them as well. I also SUED them and WON. If anyone has had serious issues with these guys like I have, I filed suit in the city that my home is located, filed a complaint with the DOPL and with Consumer Protections. They are required to be carrying licenses as home inspectors and will be impacted by complaints. Avoid them at all costs
