Bytendorp helped our family, when my parents needed to have their yards done, for the first time. It was hard for my Dad to give over the reigns to anyone. They have done such a wonderful job on the yard, as well as helping us with a difficult transition. Not to mention that the cost was very reasonable! It was a win win win! Thank you so very much!

Unfortunately, the follow-through didn’t match the initial experience.

After the sprinklers were installed, I noticed water pooling on the patio and flagged it right away. The concern was brushed off, and sure enough, my basement flooded. They also planted several trees—four of which died despite consistent care, including daily hand-watering in addition to the watering system they installed. When I reached out for help, the only advice I got was to “just water more.”

I rarely leave negative reviews—check my history—but the pattern was clear:
Charisma: 10. Crew: 10. Getting paid: 10.
Accountability after the job? Zero.

Disappointed to say the least.

Had a main sprinkler line break. Alan and Tom were out to repair that which went well. I then decided to upgrade the manifold for that particular valve box, which was quite old, and also replaced six manual drain valves for the backyard lines with auto drain valves. This will save me from having to manually open and close those lines going into winter and then in the spring. Great guys, excellent work and the price for everything done was reasonable. Recommend.

I have used them for years to clean my windows! They always do a great job and their employees are courteous and respectful! I also think their fees are very reasonable!

As friendly service. They communicated very well with me and answered all my needs/questions. Very professional and knowledgeable about lawn care and landscaping. Quick turnaround, and great communication! From the first call to having the job done (chain link fencing) it was less than a week. Very responsive and kept me in the loop. Good job guys

I was embarrassed to have clients come to our locations because of how bad our landscaping was. Now, we get compliments on a weekly bases. They've also been doing our snow removal for 4 years and they never miss a storm. On time and clean parking lots. I am one happy customer!

Thomas and team did an incredible job completely redoing my backyard. They graded, installed sprinklers, sod and siding. It truly couldn't have com out better and the strict attention to detail is very apparent. Thomas over communicated and always ensured that we were on the same page throughout. Working with Trent and the team has been nothing short of excellence. I had a warranty issue with a backflow that was installed. Western Sun was very responsive in my concern and issue. The crew came out on short notice and corrected the issue very quickly. I can't say enough about the great experience and customer service that I've received from Western Sun.
