I was very impressed with our technician that did the work. He was extremely polite and was very thorough. I will use them again. He cleaned out all our vents and intakes for the furnace and cleaned the dryer vent and behind the dryer. Also cleaned our front carpet and stairs.

Daniel was great. Explained everything thoroughly and took the time to answer my questions. He paid attention to detail and removed all of our tough stains. He also came back to same day to clean some outdoor cushions for us.

Matt came to clean our carpets and couches on Saturday. He worked tirelessly and did an excellent job. We have a hound dog who slobbers on everything, so seeing the couch clean again was so cathartic. His pleasant personality and commitment to service were evident immediately. Thanks Matt!

I’ve had Chem Dry done many times in several states. It is simply the best way to clean carpets. Duncan and John at Qualls did a great job. We have thick carpet and stairs at a home we just moved into, and some construction before the cleaning. (Meaning lots of dust and dead bugs along the edges of the room. Gross I know.) The first cleaning had a hiccup but the owners Holly and John made sure it was made right. As a fellow business owner, I super appreciate the great customer service. The second cleaning was absolutely perfect. The carpet looks great, smells great, and is drying quickly. Will definitely use them again, and recommend them to family and friends.

Duncan came to my house to clean my sofa and loveseat. He was on time and very nice. He was personable and did an amazing job cleaning my couches. He exceeded my expectations.

I called several places for an estimate. Chem dry originally quoted me $260. The price was too high so I didn’t book. A sales man called me back. He negotiated the price down to “just under $200 Maybe as as high $230 if they find pet spots.” When the chem dry guy showed up I walked him through the rooms: a large empty living room a large master two very small bedrooms a short hall and two area rugs. No furniture moving. He did the black light thing he found two pet spots. There was also two stains. He then quoted me $365!! I told him no way that was way higher than the sales guy quoted on the phone. So I started to take away work until the price came down. I ended up getting the living room the master the hall and one of the bedrooms for $250. I’m so irritated with the price. After hr finished cleaning there was still toothpaste or something on the floor of one of the bedrooms that he was supposed to clean. My daughter and I were able to get it out working on it a bit. You’d think the cleaner could have done that. Why two stars? They did show up on the day and time I needed them . The carpet overall looked better then before they cleaned it.

I called Qualls dry chem after having a flood three days ago. John helped out so much he got right on it. He got a gentleman over here to put new pad down. Put the carpet back down. Duncan came today and cleaned and deodorized it. Everything is done in three days. It was a great job today. Duncan worked hard and was very quick and efficient. I so appreciate all the help I got this week.

I had my sofas cleaned after replacing the flooring in my home. He did a great job. He was very helpful and personable, and answered all questions. I will use Cheney again.

We had our granite countertop cleaned and sealed. Scheduling was quick and both the scheduler and the tech were very nice and helpful. Price was much better than others we had talked to and very reasonable.

Excellent service and I would definitely recommend! Qualls did an excellent job cleaning my couch and loveseat and the cost was very reasonable. They were able to schedule for the next morning, and kept me updated to let me know when tech would arrive. Tech was friendly, professional and did an excellent job! I will call them next time!

Zach was great! He came within 2 days and got the job done! He cleaned a vomit area (from a sick kid) and did some other problem areas as well. He got the carpets looking brand new and he was very nice and professional.

Even though I had to wait an extra hour or two before someone finally showed up to start the job, it was worth it. First, I needed the carpets stretched. He did the best he could with what he had to work with. Then I had the general carpet cleaning and pet stain/odor removal service done. The young tech pre-treated the pet stains then cleaned all the areas I wanted done. It looks and smells so much better now! Chemdry made sure I was taken care of and I have always been impressed with the quality of their work.

We had an emergency and the company was able to come to our house on short notice. Even though they were "fitting us in", they took their time and did an AMAZING job. They took time to talk to us to understand what we needed and worked with us to get us the best price. Then they went to work - even though it was a large job, they paid attention to details and explained what they were doing every step of the way. The tech was pleasant and very professional. We were very satisfied with the results and would definitely use their service again.

I just bought a home and wanted the carpets cleaned before moving in. My realtor highly recommend I go with this company. It was nice moving in to a nice, clean home. I have asthma so I will definitely have them come out when I’m due to have them cleaned again.

I selected Qualls Chem-Dry based on its excellent reviews. And I wasn’t disappointed.
I was able to set up an appointment in one day, which I know is not normal, but it was great. I spoke with the owner, John, it was impressed with his friendliness.
The next day, the Technician, Jeremy, came within the promised hour and did a thorough assessment of what we needed. His estimate was fair and we were very happy with the work that he did. We have a couple of rescue cats, who at first, were not particular where they went. Fortunately, they have been properly trained and rarely have accidents. Jeremy went throughout the house and identified all the areas that need a treatment and did so. He was thorough and efficient and the proprietary pet urine treatment has worked really great so far. We will be glad to use them again.

I have had great experiences with these guys! They let me know about stubborn spots and worked with in their system to give me the best deals (including only needing half the pet treatment since I had small spots not large spaces that needed treatment) 👍
