I had an excellent experience with this carpet cleaning service! it was my first time with them and I was very please. they managed to remove stains I thought were permanent, and my carpet look, feel, and smell like new again. The technician was friendly explained the process clearly and treated my home with care. Trevor was very professional and nice with my dogs. I look forward to call this company in the future. Duncan did a fabulous job! He cleaned several rooms, the hallway and a few spots my dog left behind. Anybody want a dog? 😉 He was knowledgeable, informative, and efficient. I would definitely recommend both Duncan and this company!

Here is a before pictures and two afters. My son took a sharpie to our white couch. The sharpie on the back of the couch came out nearly all the way. The couch cushions couldn’t come all the way clean. I had Chem Dry out two days after the incident. I used rubbing alcohol and dawn dish soap with my Bissell cleaner on the back of the couch immediately after he drew on the couch, which is why I think it came all the way clean with Chem Dry. I wish they could have gotten it all out but I was pleased with their work.

We just had service done today. First time working with this company. John was wonderful about explaining all the cost details involved. Zach was our on-site technician. He worked very hard and respectful of the property. His black light testing showed all types of extra damage done by the tenants animals. He stayed in contact with us when he was running late for our appointment. Gave detailed analysis of what needed to be done. Hoping their pet urine treatment works so we can leave this five-star rating for them!

Daniel was amazing and did a fantastic on cleaning our carpets and mattress. He went the extra mile on making sure it was properly cleaned leaving us feeling confident with his work. He explained everything to us on how to let it dry properly to make sure smells don’t get trapped in our carpet. He was great! I highly recommend him. Thanks for a great job!

I had a last minute inconvenience because the company I wanted to hire for my moving out cleaning didn’t show up. I called Brandan and he took care of my deep cleaning. My complex didn’t charge me for any cleaning fees and I got a certificate saying that a deep cleaning was made by professionals. BEST service ever!!

Brandon was able to work around my busy schedule to get my car detailed. He even went out of his way to pickup my car and drop it back off when he was done. I was surprised at how fast it took him to finish and the quality was absolutely amazing. He made sure I was happy with the results before leaving which made me feel like he really cared about how well he did his job. He was very professional! Overall a really great experience.

I’ve used Salt Lake City Window Cleaning for several jobs now, including a recent one at a property in Salt Lake City where the windows had probably never been cleaned and are now shining and beautiful!! They have been fantastic every time. They are professional, honest, fast, and very friendly to work with. They show up when they say they will, get the job done efficiently, and the quality of their work is excellent.
