Contacted Chris when our HVAC was not cooling. He had a service technician at our house by noon. Fortunately the problem was the compressor’s coils were dirty and shutdown from possibly overheating.The repair took less than an hour. My wife and I have always received great service from CTR. I highly recommend them. Chris is very easy to contact. I’ve used CTR for 10 years and they’ve always delivered excellent service. ❤️

CTR is awesome. Kris and Peter have both done work at my place recently and they're both great; personable, knowledgeable, clean good communicators, and they were prompt. They have reasonable pricing, and I can get filters delivered on a schedule at a better price than other places.

This company has the integrity to offer you a fair price rather than gouge you for a commission. They charged nearly half what others were quoting while explaining things far more transparently. Prompt, effective, honest, kind, human. Oh, and the new AC unit works beautifully. Don’t go with anybody else.
