thomas brothers heating & ac contractor is a wonderful company to work with. they put in a new ac unit for me a couple of summers ago and were very prompt and professional. they made sure the new system was running perfectly and even checked back later to make sure everything was still good. i called again recently during a really hot spell because i thought my ac had stopped working. they came out the same day to help me. it turned out the unit was fine; i had just pressed the wrong button on my digital thermostat by mistake. wesley, the technician, was very polite and didn’t get upset at all about my mix-up. he explained what i'd done, showed me how to fix it, and didn’t even charge me, though he could have. for all your ac repair needs, these guys are the best!

Our condo came with an inherited HVAC system that was quite problematic. We chose to work with Thomas Brothers Heating & AC Contractor for an entirely new furnace and AC system, and we're extremely satisfied with the decision. The entire process from sales to installation was simple and straightforward. The technicians, Jesse, Wesley and Caleb were punctual, amiable and considerate, allowing us to continue working from home undisturbed. They also took the time to walk us through the new system, explaining the thermostats and even gave us a heads up about what to expect in the future. The value for the money was definitely worth it, even though we hadn't initially planned for such an expenditure. Cheers!

My wife and I chose to install a split unit HVAC system in our home. After thorough research, we settled on a Mitsubishi split system. We contacted a couple of diamond dealers, and what stood out to us was that one of them offered an extra warranty on their labor. Right from the start, we were able to connect with a representative who promptly addressed all our questions. The installation team was fantastic as well; they laid down drop cloths to keep our floors clean and were very helpful in discussing the best placement for our needs. After the installation was complete, they guided me through the basic functions of the system. I would definitely recommend their services to others.
