Our furnace motor needed replacement and their service was rapid, proficient and affordable for the task completed. It was Harold who initially installed our furnace four years ago and regretfully, we didn't heed his advice about routine maintenance, leading to our motor being packed with dust bunnies, cat fur, and loose paper. Elias was an extremely knowledgeable and informative heater repair technician. He inspected our heating system and discovered that it was a two-stage system, but it had been incorrectly wired for a single stage. This adjustment will allow our furnace to heat more efficiently during extremely cold days without continuously running to reach the thermostat setting. Elias was also thorough in conducting a diagnostic check on our steam humidifier. We are highly satisfied with his expertise and the way he handled our heater repair needs. We greatly appreciate it!
