Contacted Chris when our HVAC was not cooling. He had a service technician at our house by noon. Fortunately the problem was the compressor’s coils were dirty and shutdown from possibly overheating.The repair took less than an hour. My wife and I have always received great service from CTR. I highly recommend them. Chris is very easy to contact. I’ve used CTR for 10 years and they’ve always delivered excellent service. ❤️

CTR is awesome. Kris and Peter have both done work at my place recently and they're both great; personable, knowledgeable, clean good communicators, and they were prompt. They have reasonable pricing, and I can get filters delivered on a schedule at a better price than other places.

This company has the integrity to offer you a fair price rather than gouge you for a commission. They charged nearly half what others were quoting while explaining things far more transparently. Prompt, effective, honest, kind, human. Oh, and the new AC unit works beautifully. Don’t go with anybody else.

I’ve been using CTR since they’ve been in business. I’ve been completely happy with every technician that has come for any service I’ve needed. This time around I’d like to give kudos to the technician, Taylor, who came to do my A/C tune up & air quality analysis. Taylor called to let me know he was on his way, he was friendly and very professional. He explained in detail what he was testing and gave excellent recommendations. He then sat down and wrote out the items & prices of things we talked about. There was no pressure to buy. He said he’s only been at CTR for about 8 months. Chris, keep this guy, he did an excellent job & was very knowledgeable.

CTR Heating and Air Conditioning is my go-to HVAC company. A few years ago, they performed a new installation for me, and they did a great job. The cost was reasonable, too.

I just had them perform the AC tune-up at my other house. Their diagnosis was spot on, and the field tech did not try to upsell me on services and parts I didn't need.

Love them, and will continue to use them!

Working with CTR was a great experience. It's always difficult finding reliable contractors and the experience with Kris and the team was transparent and reliable from the very start. They were all very knowledgeable and trustworthy and got everything done professionally and quickly! I would highly recommend to anyone.

Our water heater went out on the coldest day this year, we called a different company and they quoted us so much that I was in a panick trying to get a loan and decided to go ahead and call CTR for a second opinion. Over the phone they determined that our water heater was under warranty and all we needed to pay was labor costs. I was so relieved and they came out the next morning and did the install. The two techs that were here were so kind, and very respectful. I am super impressed and will call CTR for all our home needs now.

Great company they sent a tech within 30 minutes. Explain to Mr. Scott what my ac was walking and in less than 40 my unit was working again. Scott prove this knowledge and was very professional and educated.

I want to just give a huge thank you to CTR hearing and air. After coming home from a vacation we had an issue with our water heater and furnace. When I called them they were able to get someone out same day and he even arrived before the window! He got us up and running quickly! Thank you Peter and the rest of those at CTR who were a bright light when we felt so overwhelmed and discouraged. We will definitely be using CTR again for any future needs! Fair pricing, honest, quick and great communication! Couldn’t ask for more!

My husband and I have nothing but great things to say about CTR. From start to finish, we were thoroughly impressed. I first contacted CTR and spoke with a very friendly representative who got us scheduled for a quote that same week.

We had been gathering quotes from multiple companies to find one we felt confident hiring to replace our swamp cooler with a central AC unit. On the day of our scheduled quote, something came up and I called to reschedule. They were incredibly accommodating and still managed to fit us in later that same day—huge plus right off the bat!

Kris, the owner, came out personally to give us the quote. I loved their notification system—it let us know exactly when he was on his way and even showed how far out he was. 10/10 for that convenience.

Kris was by far the most thorough and knowledgeable technician we met with. One of our main concerns was whether an AC unit would run efficiently with our older furnace. Kris took the time to scan the furnace and discovered it was over 20 years old—something no other company had even checked. His quote process took about less than an hour—much shorter than others, which dragged on for over two hours. He patiently answered all of our questions and gave us confidence in his expertise. He walked us through our options in detail and provided multiple quotes: one for installing just the AC unit using the existing furnace, and another for replacing both.

What really stood out was how informative yet never pushy he was. He didn’t try to upsell us or steer us toward the most expensive option. Instead, he explained the pros and cons of each choice, helping us make a well-informed decision based on our needs. It was clear he genuinely cared about what was best for us—not just making a sale.

We ultimately decided to move forward with CTR, and they were able to schedule the installation just three days later, which was amazing! On installation day, the technicians arrived on time and worked incredibly hard all day. They were kind, respectful, professional, and explained each step of the process as they went. They even removed our old swamp cooler and did a quick patch for us for free which saved my husband the time having to remove it himself. Really appreciated this!

Their work was incredibly neat, clean, and professional. They stayed for over 12 hours to ensure the job was completed—and we truly appreciated their dedication. At one point, I even offered for them to return the next day so they could go home to their families and get some rest, as they had been working nonstop in the hot sun all day. But they were adamant about finishing the job so we could start enjoying our new central air immediately. That level of commitment speaks volumes about their work ethic and the pride they take in what they do.

Overall, we had an outstanding experience with CTR and highly, HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services!

Peter was on time, efficient, explained what he was doing and what conclusions he came to as well as the why behind it. Very informative and professional. In and out quickly and he cleaned up after himself afterwards. Couldn't recommend someone better. Ask for "Peter" when you need to schedule a visit. This is coming from someone who used to do HVAC 15 years ago too. He was very professional when going to my FIL's to check the system with his gauges and ensure the system will run smoothly for the duration of the summer. 10/10 stars!
