the worst customer service I ever received, I made a sod order a week ago and they gave me a day and time sod was supposed to be delivered they showed up 3 hours late did not even give a call to let me know it was late i called Mark [owner of utah lawn] did not even get an apology or nothing he even got mad for my call and very rude if I could rate this company with 0 stars I would totally do it very unprofessional owner, I would never buy anything from these guys again don't reccomened at all!

Company has pushed snow from their clients premises to Our residence on several occasions and damage trees and shrubs. The owner once made aware of the issue responds in kind "Are You deaf" Cease and desist disposing Your clients snow on Our property.

Do not hire these guys for snow removal. My hoa hired these guys last year and this year. You think the HOA I live in would have learned its lesson from last year. Basically the government does a better job on the road up to our HOA than these guys and that should tell you something. Maybe they do lawns well, but if want your road plowed hire ANYONE ELSE!!! I figure they may have some side deal with someone on our HOA. It just all reeks of crooked!!!

I've been trying to contact these people for 2 weeks now for my dad who has been a customer now for a while and have left messages to arrange to get my dads yard cleaned up since they haven't been up to his house now for almost a month and nothing no answer and no returned call so I'll be using another yard care service next season. And let me add we are still receiving statements claiming his lawn is getting mowed weekly even though no one in the neighborhood has seen them for a few weeks now.

I would never ever recommend these guys. We hired them to take care of our HOA. Although our contract states very clearly that it is through October 31, 2018 they claim that their contract ends on Oct 1, 2018. Therefore, they will not perform the Fall Clean up and sprinkler blowout, etc.(part of the contract). They claim they applied all 4 fertilizations per contract. Only three were applied this year. (they are counting the one from last fall, however it says four for the season) They say that damage caused by landscapers will be repaired. We have fence damage caused by weed eaters and lawn mowers. We had three different windows broken by the landscapers this season. They won't claim responsibility for a single one. (We've never had broken windows in 20 years of the neighborhood, until these guys came.)
Every week they came we had to call them up to let them know what was missed, which patios were not blown off, which lawns were missed, etc.
The contract included weeding. There are more weeds in our neighborhood than there has ever been.
Trimming of bushes is part of the contract. There are still bushes in our neighborhood which never received trimming. They had to be called back three times for trimming the bushes throughout and they still missed some. When they noted dying grass, they turned up the water. I found some places where they were watering for 50 minutes on areas that were already lakes and couldn't be mowed because of it. However, they ran the big lawn mowers over it anyway, which caused damage and great big muddy ruts throughout the common areas.
Horrible job!!! I will never recommend them!
