As of right now I am a customer who has been rescheduled with no explanation. Then I was promised a first appointment with a window of 9am and the tech arrived after 10:30 am when I called to find out they were delayed no one reached out to me the day of the appointment. The tech told me I needed my dryer vent cleaned, so I scheduled that and had him look at my washing machine which he said the pump was going out and it needed a new pump. I paid him over $900 for both services. Today I got a call that my pump was in so we were scheduling the service on the washing machine. They still are coordinating with a subcontractor to clean my dryer vent. Its been 10 days since I paid the deposit for the service. I could have already found my own dryer vent cleaner. Be aware that if you decide to cancel your appointments they charge you 20% of what you already paid to cancel. However when scheduling it was never made known that it would be such a process to actually have the work done that I pre-paid for. Unless something drastically changes this will be the only time I do business with this company.

We called them because our washing machine would back up into the sink when it would drain. The sinks all worked fine. The tech came out and said he would run a camera down the main line which he was unable to do. So he said that he would water jet the main line but could not remove the main line nut to run his equipment. So instead of telling he could not do it he said he could do it from the roof and then he said he could not get that to work either. He said was $2100.00 and then he said he could apply that to a $8000.00 to replace the copper piping so he could get to the main line. I told him no and they charged me the $2100.00 to basically run a water jet from my roof to my laundry room. He said he could not do the main line due to bend in pipe. When he left it was worse than when he came as now the sink was clogged also which worked fine before he came. He did replace the nut in the smaller pipe that he tried but said it would not fit. I never received an invoice as to what he did for the $2100.00. I will be writing a complaint to the BBB if I don't get some kind of resolution on this.

Stone and Andrew did an outstanding job for us today. They went to bat with the City and actually got them to take responsibility for the damage. Pro Electrical, Plumbing and Heating ALWAYS comes through for us. We could not be more please with their professionalism and expertise. A++++ .

Josh C was out here today for a main sewer backup. Josh did his absolute best to clear our line and went above and beyond. He managed to get the line to drain and ran a camera down the clean out to find the issue. Found a massive belly inside the sew line and gave us all the information to make the best decision for the repair. He was very helpful, professional, informative, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this young man to anyone with any plumbing or sewer issues! ALLPRO for all your plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or appliance needs, they are now our forever go too!

Take their 5 star reviews with a grain of salt...
And read this whole review to see how scamy/sketchy this company really is.

The techs that came to my house literally took my phone from my hand and submitted a 5 star review. They also requested I submit a review with my multiple phones (I have a secondary work phone) and husbands phone. They said the company would give them a "pizza party" if they got enough 5 star reviews.
So that was one of many red flags... a company that fibs their reviews or makes their techs do that just to feel appreciated.

I originally contacted a completely different company, and somehow this company showed up. That was the first red flag. Apparently they are making fake profiles and adds for companies in another name...

The techs that showed up were extremely thorough and explained things in great detail, which I was grateful for at the time. However they were extremely pushy and didn't actually listed to the issue I was concerned about or the research I had done about that issue.
They also kept talking over each other and about different things at the same time so I couldn't focus on either of them.
They tried telling me I needed a whole new piping system, new water softener and a new water heater (my water heater is only a few years old) plus a few other things and if I didn't replace all of that my issue wasn't going to go away.

They then said they were going to make an estimate and a few phone calls and would be back shortly. ~45 minutes later they finally came back with multiple estimates. We sat down and went over all of them. To which I said there's no way I could afford or wanted to spend that or replace everything at this time.

They get their finance guy on the phone to see if I could qualify for financing and what my options were. This guy was extremely pushy and rude. I mentioned I wanted to get quotes from other companies as I wasn't happy with these quotes, and he got mean. Told me I had to go with them as other companies wouldn't do as good of work and he had to have an answer right then. Eventually I told them I would not make a decision that night and would get back to them later.

They said the estimate they gave me was a "great deal" however the estimate they gave me had the higher value price but they removed everything that was going to make it a "great deal".

The techs ended up calling me multiple times that night after 9pm. Then again multiple times the next day when I had told them no.

That following day they ended up opening a loan in my name for an amount that was way higher than the estimates.

I ended up fixing the issue by myself for less than $250. They were quoting me for 4k-16k and the loan they opened in my name without my approval was 24k+

Very scamy/fraudulent and pushy company.

Though their techs are friendly, absolutely do not hire this company without getting other quotes. Absolutely ridiculous.

Josh, Frankie and Andrew came out to view my HVAC system as my A/C was no longer working. While working on the A/C went over options for my pumbling as we having issues with this as well. They were all very friendly and informative. Appreciated all their hard work.

Technician Josh provided prompt, friendly, and professional service when he came out to service our HVAC system. He was a pleasure to work! Thank you!

Josh and jesus are amazing!! Super efficient in time went above and beyond to make sure our furness was installed correctly and running perfectly. If you need a new hvca system these guys are the company!!

Andrew came out and did an outstanding job today. He was here Saturday night installing a new HVAC system. Today he installed new thermostats that are user friendly. Thank you for a great job in keeping us cool this summer and ready for the cold this winter. We highly recommend All Pro Appliance!!!

Adam and Josh from all pro did a fantastic job. With my HVAC and air conditioner. And Andre with the plumbing. I recommend.

I wish I would have read some of these reviews before hiring All Pro. I would have seen that they are Scammers and Con Artists. I had a Horrible experience with All Pro. I literally feel ripped off, and they keep blowing me off and claiming they are a stand-up company. They sold me on Synthetic Swamp Cooler Pads based upon instilling fear into me and my wife about our current pads being unhealthy. They charged almost $1,900 for the pads and installation. They ended up installing the same pads we already had, not the pads we agreed upon. And it doesn't stop there, they added in a Float and Valve which I had installed a brand new one less than a year ago. It was working completely fine, and they replaced it with the exact same brand and model and charged me $495. The technician deceptively added the float and valve into the work agreement. They did not send me a receipt after I paid them. I had to call them 4 days later to get them to send the receipt; this is when I learned about the Float and Valve being added into the bill. I have asked them to put in the Pads that we agreed on and to give me back my Float and Valve and refund the $495, but they refuse to do anything. I can't believe companies like All Pro can survive treating customers the way they do.

Josh and Adam were very knowledgeable and very helpful they did exceptionally well at providing all the resources to help us on our journey with our furnace. Thank u guys so much for all of your help with our plumbing heating and air needs.

These guys DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PROMISES!! I had a year old condenser in perfect working condition removed and then replaced by them and once replaced the system has not functioned at all...the compressor was busted by one of their service people and they REFUSE to admit their mistake and REFUSE to replace the broken compressor, telling me I need to pay an additional $1000 to get the system working!!!

Andrew came to give us an estimate on getting our septic tank repaired. He did an amazing job explaining everything and making us feel confident that All Pro could take care of all our needs. He also talked to us about a water line we may need put in. We had no idea what all the services All Pro provide and he walked us through all our options. He was friendly and very knowledgeable.

I feel pretty scammed by this place. They are intentionally vague and really shady about cost. If you have an issue and need an answer from them, good luck…I had to call them 6 times over a couple weeks before they could give me a straight answer. Working with them was a nightmare and I would advise anyone to go anywhere else.

Adam and Josh did a really good job. Very informative. Will continue to do business they replaced my HVAC system (furnace and air conditioner ) last year and they did a great job with it. Now they’ve serviced my water heater and I appreciate their work and honesty.

We woke up to a swampy wet basement, and they had techs here within the hour. Josh and Gary were great, very professional and quick to figure out the problem. I will definitely be using this company for the foreseeable future!

They are sales people! A very young, inexperienced crew of service people. All very nice but the first thing they do is check out everything that’s been done on other equipment in your home. I had a furnace maintenance check and first he looked at the water heater and proceeded to tell me everything wrong with it. Then he looked at duct work which was completed to code 15 years ago and again told me everything wrong with it. When he finally got to the furnace he was going to remove the entire motor - 😳. I stopped him immediately and reminded him his only job is to vacuum it and look to see things are running as they should. The final straw was when he said he was going to run a carbon monoxide test and if it failed he would turn off the heat, file a report and I would need a brand new furnace installed. He had a punky attitude and he was out the door. The maintenance plan is a joke. Spend almost $300 on the plan and they’ll come out to check your plumbing, heating, sewer lines and tell you how much it will cost you to fix them. The scare tactics are unbelievable. Pure sales people. Use a reputable company that specializes in the particular field. All Pro is looking to increase sales and commissions.
