Called these guys up looking for a wall mount for my microwave. Everyone told me I wouldn't be able to just buy the mount well. He had it and also when my wife went to pick it up he explained to her how to install it. It's little things like this that will make me a long time customer of this place.

Hands down the BEST appliance repair. They are prompt, kind, and fair. I will never use another company again.

Went to go look at a stove. At the HOUSE in Clearfield. Lady said they used to sell appliances there But, have closed down .
Why not... take it offline then? Wasted my time and gas going there!

Brett is Honest and Trustworthy and he has great customer service skills. If you need an appliance fixed or in the market for a used appliance check them out.

I purchased a new part for my dryer. User error had caused the part to malfunction. I didn't get a refund, understandingly, but they did help me get on the right track and were very generous! Would definitely recommend going here!

Called to check on a part availability; was informed I probably didn’t need that part and to check other parts on my dryer. Turns out the part I “needed” was good, and another, much cheaper, part was broken. Excellent customer service! I will be going back here!

This is the only appliance repair business I've ever done business with. Once you find the best you stay a loyal customer. I've bought a washer from here and had other appliances worked on. Great prices and honest. I always recommend them!

Stopped in to see if he had a timer for my dryer. He didn’t have the part but while we were talking about the motor he offered to let me try a motor from another timer. Installed it on the dryer and it works perfectly. Nice to have a great shop close to home.

Went in to ask about washer repair/replace. He was so nice, friendly and smart! He sold me the part I needed to repair it. Fit perfect, and runs like a champ now. Saved me hundred of dollars on buying a new washer! Amazing.

Made an appointment for a diagnosis on my washing machine (would not spin at high speed and some cycles would not start at all). Technician came over and I explained the symptoms. All he did was try to run the machine to learn what I had already told him. He suggested the door lock was bad. I asked why some cycles would start but not high speed spin? He changed his mind and said maybe the front control panel was bad and said he would get one ordered right away. I asked about the main control board in the back and he said all there is in the back is a relay board. I knew then he did not know what he was doing (with my machine at least) as I knew for a fact by a simple google search that there is a main control board and a motor driver board in the back of my machine. I hired this person to help me determine the faulty component so I didn't replace parts at random but he was of no help except to make my wallet $50 lighter. I asked him to quote me on the different boards as I was going to do some more research and try my luck a replacing one or more components myself. He said he would call me back with the quote but that was the last I ever spoke to the man. Tried to give this small local business a chance but ended up regretting it. If you need help with an older (no electronic circuit boards) washer they might be of help. Newer appliances, maybe try a more experienced service company. Good Luck! By the way, the fix ended up being my first suspect part, the main control board in the back of the washer. $80 bucks on Ebay.

Called on October 11, 2018 - the dishwasher is still not fixed. We first found out about Advanced Appliance 4 or 5 years ago when we bought a rebuilt washing machine, it came with a 6 month parts warranty has worked great ever since. So, we decided that if we ever needed an appliance fixed, we would call Advanced Appliance. Big mistake for us. When we called they came out quickly read the code on the dishwasher and ordered the part. Two days later Gary returned with the wrong part. Part was reordered, three days later Gary returned, part didn't fix the problem. Gary determined, problem was a different part, part was ordered, he just returned today with the part (roughly 55 days later, so we've been very patient). Part didn't fix the problem. Through out the whole time, no communication from Gary or the Brett (who I've spoke to over the phone). Gary is never at our house long enough to properly diagnose the problem. My wife was on the phone with her sister today and Gary was going to walk away without telling her is the dishwasher was fixed or not. Very disappointing. Find someone else to repair you appliances. ZERO stars.

Our tech came out on a Saturday and was at our house within an hour! Couldn't believe it. Was sad we had to buy a new washer but happy to be able to order one same day it broke.

I had an OUTSTANDING experience with Advance Appliance!! They were so, so nice and respectful and did such a great job delivering and installing our new dishwasher, and removing our old one. They went the extra mile and made sure our garbage disposal was fixed (it was installed a little bit incorrectly) and hooked up to the dishwasher properly. I will call them every time I need help with appliances!! Thank you for being amazing!!

These are my new repair guys! When I called them for an appointment to check out my washing machine, they told me the exact time they would show up -instead of a 5-hour window. Then, when Gary, the technician, got here, he was very knowledgeable, polite and kind. He saved me a lot of money by rebuilding the transmission in my direct drive washing machine - as opposed to putting in a new or rebuilt transmission. The price was right, the employee was kind, the job was quick.....I have nothing but good to say. Next time I dig into one of my appliances to fix it I'll just call them instead!
