I needed the indoor evaporation coil to be replaced with a new one. I decided to ask them for help solely based on reviews. They just finished the installation. This company offers a great service. They are fast. They found the replacement part and installed it very quickly. With 100 degree heat outside it is kind of important to restore the air conditioning. They have many years of experience and it is noticeable (I was curious what they do and they took the time to explain to me). They are very nice and easy to work with. I am completely satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and speed.

He had to drive kind of far to get to me but he was willing. He arrived at my house within seconds of when he said he would and fixed the problem quick and my air conditioner works perfect now. Would definitely recommend. He sent me an invoice immediately upon finishing the job and I can't say one negative thing. THANK YOU CORY! You don't know how much you love air conditioning until you don't have it on a hot day.

I had my furnace installed by a company under a warranty. They came back several times and ended up flooding my attic so i had to have the furnace installed correctly and my ceiling replaced under the furnace.
Cardwell heating came and repaired all the problems with the installation. They were professional and pleasant to work with.. They were able to document the improper installation problems that caused the flooding, so i could explain it to the insurance
Company. They kept me informed the entire time they did the repairs and followed ip to make sure everything was working properly, They came back snd made sure the controls were calibrated correctly.
I have used them since to service both of my furnaces. The turnaround time was awesome. They were there within a couple of days and were done with both furnaces quickly. I will continue to use them and would recommend them if you need anything done.

Carwell Heating & Air, was on it so fast I couldn't even believe it! My AC quit working today and after trying to figure it out myself I gave Corey a call, he said "I'll be on my way as soon as I finish eating dinner" he was here and finished within 45 minutes from the call! Get a detailed estimate from this company and make sure it’s what you want or better yet go to another company. They installed a substandard system in my home over the summer, the AC unit does not meet the needs of my 2000sf home. The unit has a hard time keeping my house close to 70 degrees. I also specifically asked will everything be new he stated “yes” but not to be he re used the line set and the control wire going to the AC unit was damaged he did not even investigate it. Also the gaping hole he tore into the side of the main duct and just left. OH but it gets better I tried to turn on my new furnace yesterday and the burner lights up for a minute then shuts off, on par with my Cardwell experience. Time to call Kersleys.
