Rom has been a great help with getting my HVAC system running. Late Friday night we lost a/c and heat. I spent all day Sarurday diagnosing my system. He responded to my texts all day walking me through the diagnoses. He showed up Sunday morning and had my system back online within 15 minutes. During that time he was very kind and playful with my young children. Hands down he will be the only guy I call for maintenance and repairs for my HVAC system.
