Great guy! We were in a bad spot and couldn’t find anyone to help. Rob went out of his way to help us even though he didn’t have time. We will definitely be calling Halls Heating & Air next time.

A/C wasnt working. Called after hours. He answered and was willing to come then. I had him come the next morning. Robert was friendly, professional, and didn't try to charge anything extra. This is my place from now on. Thanks!

Answered immediately and came out ASAP when my furnace stopped working. He explained exactly what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed. Got it running and came back later to fix the rest. Very knowledgeable and friendly, won’t be using anybody else!

Five and half years now this is my only call for anything HVAC related. When you find someone who is as good at their craft as Robert is, you keep them around. There are many unqualified or uncaring hvac contractors to be found, Halls heating and air has been outstanding at repairing and redesigning someone else’s mess so it works properly and lasts. I won’t even bother getting other bids for hvac work anymore, I know I probably wouldn’t be happy with the results.

Quick same day service. Robert definitely knows what he’s doing changed the capacitor for my AC and is back up and running great.

Robert installed HVAC in my house. His communication was great if he had a question he would talk with me before continuing I always new what was going on and he made sure I was happy before leaving the site. A pleasure working with

My heater transformer died and I needed a new one on a Sunday. Called and he had one. Over the phone he talked through and verified my self diagnosis. He’s super knowledgeable and definitely would recommend and use in the future. Thanks!!

Great people! Great business! Robert himself goes over and beyond. Doesn’t matter what time of night it is he always makes sure your HVAC system is running properly and going to last you a long time!

We built a home 3 years ago, and have had an issue with the heating system from day one. We weren’t able to resolve this with the original HVAC installer, so we called Hall’s. They came right out, and within 10 minutes, had zeroed in on the issue. A non working damper. After 3 years of cold rooms and frustration, we got a new damper installed, and the problem is fixed. Robert kept me informed of when the parts were coming, and showed up when he said he would. I would definitely recommend Hall’s Heating!

Robert talked me into a ductless mini in my garage and it was the best thing I ever did out there. I can maintain nearly 70 degrees on just one unit all year round. It is extremely efficient and I honestly can’t tell a difference in my power bill. I now have two addition units installed in my shop which is 2000 sq ft while being 16’ to the bottom of my trusses. The two units make it extremely comfortable to work in. I’ve had it at 70 degrees at 6’ tall. Robert knows his stuff when it comes to HVAC. I’ve used him on three of our projects and quality of the work is far better than the other HVAC contractors we’ve used. Would highly recommend!

I've used Hall's twice over the last couple years. Rob has restored my faith in heating and air companies. Rob went out of his way to help me out both times. I used another company in Logan a couple years ago, they came out and told me a bunch of BS, told me I needed a new furnace. Wanted 6000 to do the job. Told me it was the only option. I didn't think this was right, did a Google search and found Rob. He sold me the part for $7! Fixed the problem! A year later I decided to replace the furnace to a newer more efficient model. Rob came out and looked at mine and then tried to talk me into keeping it. He said it should last another 7 or so years. It's hard to find an honest business in this world anymore. If you have any need for a great company i100% recommend Hall's heating! He replaced my furnace and did everything he could to save me money. I didn't ask him to, I didn't expect it, and he came in under bid because it went easier than he expected! I'll be a customer for life! Professional, courteous, flexible to my schedule! I called before business hours and they answered. He was able to come out and repair our furnace right after an already scheduled job. He replaced a sensor got it running and left. The sensor wasn't the issue and he was able to come back later that dame day and found the real problem and refunded us for the sensor. Very fair price and explained everything well.

Robert responded to my calls around thanksgiving, again around Christmas and then again a few weeks later to install a new furnace after mine finally quit. He was prompt and genuinely worried about my kids being cold when my furnace was down. I will always recommend him and use him. He just a great person all around.

Robert was great! Very knowledgeable, fast and efficient. We called him yesterday, he ordered the part and was here today to fix it. His thorough inspection discovered another issue that would've lead to another call. Knocked them both out! Super satisfied, Hall will be our go to HVAC tech for now on.

Robert has been very responsive, helpful, and informative on a few HVAV issues for our home. It’s no wonder he’s been in business for over 30 years as it’s clear his clients are his priority.

Things started out great. Robert was very prompt to give a bid on a new air condition install and walk us through different options. However, we waited and waited for the install, being put off for various reasons. I am sure Halls are great to work with, but our experience, after waiting a year with no install, and still no central air for my mother's home, left us beyond disappointed.

Robert installed a couple mini splits for me. He was very thorough in explaining how they operated and how to maintain them.

There was a lot of snow the week He installed them and communicated that it would cause some delay since roads were very unsafe. I still felt that he made me a priority and took care of my project in a timely and professional manner.

The mini splits have been great since I had no duct work in my basement. The past month they have kept my basement very comfortable even with a cement floor.

Robert Hall was very professional, kind, and informative. It was hands down the best repair service that I’ve ever had. This company answered all my questions, gave me good quality, and affordable service. He took the time after our heating service to show my son all of his tools. 5 stars any day.

Our heat went out in the night. I called Robert early in the morning, and he made the time to come within the hour. after a quick diagnosis, he found the parts I needed and had the house heated by Lunch!

They were both kind and efficient in diagnosing, explaining, and repairing the leak we had (due to work that had been done from a previous company, which we had suspected since our AC unit is practically brand new). Robert Hall is so easy to work with. he is very professional and skilled. He really knows what he is doing. He and his team replaced our old AC, coil, and furnace in one day, and it was in our crawl space.
