Fred is definitely not the brightest bulb. I have a hydronic furnace which heats with water from water heater. He claims that you don't shut the hot water to furnace when switching to ac for summer. Which definitely is not correct. If hot water is being supplied to your furnace you're heating at the same time you're trying to cool. He's also incorrect about the fact he claims you can not set thermostat below 72 because it'll freeze up you can go as low as 69 without worrying about it freezing up. If you go 68 or below you run the risk of freezing the coils. I definitely can't recommend anyone use this company nor will I ever use him.

My mother has the scariest swamp cooler in the world! It is on a side of the house with a steep hill, and it has broken down a bunch over the past few years. Fred never complains, and always comes as soon as he can to fix it. He is friendly and honest.

Hall's Heating and Air just replaced my 48 year old furnace with a new Carrier 96% effecienct furnace and a Carrier 2 1/2 ton AC unit. I am extremely happy with the install, the price, and the very timely manner that the job was completed. Robert and his crew were very curteous and did expert work. I highly recommend Hall's.
