Reviews of local pros in West Bountiful, Utah

Amazing job! Carson and his crew (Peyton, Spencer, Shane and Brian) got right after replacing my water heater. They had it done same day. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond to replace other issues that had come up as well. They have definitely earned my business and I would recommend using them without hesitation for anybody looking for plumbing work. I will call them again without a doubt. CG Plumbing took care of all my plumbing needs.

CG Plumbing is honest, trustworthy, dependable, and all around a great company to work with. I called on a Sunday night and he was at my house the next morning, earlier than expected to replace my water heater. He has also been to hook up a new washer for me that the men who installed it forgot to do. Carson then came out a third time to fix a clogged drain. Always on time, and very reasonably priced. I will forever use CG plumbing for all my water needs and highly recommend this company to anyone looking.

I’ve used CG Plumbing for two separate projects in my house and will definitely use again. They were extremely professional, arrived on time and their work was top notch. If you need work done call them you won’t regret it.

CG Plumbing contracted the install for our new home build. They met all timelines and did a great job. We love all our fixtures and have had no complaints. Carson also recommended brands that we have now been very happy with. His crew was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions. We would choose them again in a heart beat.

Very well respected, local company who values customer experience and integrity. Their quality of work is outstanding. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

I am so glad I went with CG Plumbing! Carson and his team were amazing to work with! I had 3 other plumbers bid my job, and Carson was not only the most reasonable bid, but he was also the most responsive to work with. He itemized everything out that needed to be done so that I could work within my budget to repair/install the most essential items first. He went above and beyond the call of duty when he quickly came back to repair a water line that had been punctured by the dry wall installation person (who had removed the water line protection that Carson had put into place). His team was friendly, professional, on time, quick to respond, did quality work as well as clean up. I will definitely use him again as well as recommend him to others!

Best plumbers in town. Always attentive and aware of cleanliness and maintenance. Thanks

CG Plumbing was great! The work was done quickly and efficiently with a steady stream of communication and pictures of the process. Honest work that was affordable as well. Very, very happy!!

Carson was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly assess our issue. His team was timely and were able to help us resolve our problem faster than I ever expected. We are very grateful! Beyond the repair itself I appreciate the candid assessment and honest expectations about what repairs may involve as well as any potential next steps. I hope to work with CG Plumbing again in the future.

Came and scoped to verify were a water leak was coming from. Followed up to make sure we were able to track down and repair the leak.

Great owner, employees and company. Helped replace a broken water heater very quickly.

I was referred to CG Plumbing by Superior Disaster cleanup (Who is also excellent). CG was quick to come out and respond to a service call and came in below their estimate. I was out of state when the repair was made and Superior sent me before and after pictures showing what good work CG had done.

We needed several jobs done, a new pressure valve for our home, a leaking hot water tank replacement and new innards for a toilet that would not flush properly because of poor design. It was a process getting these all taken care of and required several visits. The pressure valve was easily replaced right away but the hot water tank needed a special adapter to connect with the existing faucet and that took awhile to get from the manufacturer and the toilet was a unique one so it had to be researched to find innards that would work for it. I was so grateful that Carson and Spencer put the time and effort into figuring out these issues and rectifying them to get everything functioning properly. They were good at responding and keeping me updated. We are very happy with the work done by CG Plumbing!

CG was great. Ended up doing same day. They were quick, clean and very professional.

Carson and his team are professional, knowledgable, responsive, and reasonably priced. I've called on them for routine plumbing tasks and also unexpected emergencies. Truly, I wish all of our contractors ran their businesses like CG Plumbing! I most highly recommend them to anyone with any plumbing needs, big or small. Completely satisfied with every aspect of their work.

Carson and his guys are the best! They did the plumbing in my new build two years ago and were awesome and since they have always been responsive and helpful. They are even proactive when they know issues have been happening to other customers. They are fair priced, honest, respectful and super easy to work with.

Trust me, you won’t regret choosing them!

Carson and his crew always do a great job! They are kind, respectful, and hard-working and get the job done well. Definitely recommend them!

CG Plumbing has been my go to plumber for all the properties I manage. I know I can always count on them to get the job done well and in a timely manner.

We used CG Plumbing as part of our Basement Finishing project. They installed a full bathroom with tub/shower, toilet, and vanity sink. They installed a new tankless water heater with a recirculating pump. They provided us with a full water softening system and installed the salt tank in our garage to save room and make it easy to fill salt into the tank. They cared enough to recommend this innovative idea to make our lives easier. They installed a kitchen sink, disposal, and refrigerator water line. We are so happy with the quality of work they provided and the friendliness of their employees. I would recommend them 1000 times over!

We have worked with CG Plumbing multiple times. They do a great job and we appreciate their professionalism. They were able to get the hangers installed on the roof drains on our commercial project.

CG plumbing was the best! They forms into their schedule because we were ins. Time crunch. They were so fast and friendly. They even made a special trip the next day because I forgot to buy a valve. They were so easy to work with and I would 100% call them again!
