I was looking for a quote on getting our 17 year old HVAC system replaced. I called to schedule an appointment and within a few days a representative was at my house. Scott was punctual and very knowledgeable on all things HVAC. Upon inspection Scott said that it was one of the cleanest he has ever seen being that old. He also said that he would be doing me a disservice by suggesting that I replace it at this time. Honesty is one of those qualities that is hard to find in businesses these days and it is refreshing when you find it! He did mention that when it came time to replace it that he would recommend some more energy efficient systems. I highly recommend Utah Furnaces for all your HVAC needs!

I have to say this is one of the best purchases I have made for my home. I purchased a furnace/ac with a humidifier and it has been great! The service I got from Bountiful Mechanical has been great. I did have one issue and when I called they were prompt to come take a look and make things right. I also really like that my money spent stays here to a honest company in Utah and not some big overpriced corporation. If you are out getting bids, (like I did) put these guys on your list and put it to the test. I can honestly say you will not be disappointed.

Bret came by the same day I called him to help me with my AC unit that was not running. He quickly addressed the problem and was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He was also very reasonable in his pricing. I am thankful for his responsiveness, especially during a heat wave and will call him again for any HVAC needs!

I just had Bret and his team finish up moving my AC Unit. I had an amazing experience. Bret is a total professional. He was polite, kind, great at communicating what needed to be done, was on time and did quality work. I will be using Bountiful HVAC again soon.

It was a pleasure working with Bountiful HVAC. Brad was very responsive with a quote. It was a better price than the other bids as well as a better warranty. We had a straight forward discussion and Brad completed our installation on time with no left behind. I am glad I found them.

I received a bid from Bountiful Mechanical. I researched the described equipment to be installed and found it to be of good quality with a good warranty. In reading the reviews and ratings by others in the community I agreed, without question, the bid and scheduled the installation.
The crew showed up on time and in approximately 4 1/2 hours the old equipment was removed and the new installed and tested. The job site was cleaner than when they found it, the crew was friendly but focused on the job. As a techno nerd I had to restrain my curiosity and stay. pretty much, out of their way. A good job well done at a great value.

Technician arrived on time, was courtesy, diagnosed the problem with my furnace and provided the solution quickly. He also provided me with advice on how to make my furnace run more efficiently. I think Bountiful HVAC will become my go-to HVAC repair service.

Great business. Friendly and easy to work with. Very honest and very affordable. We had Bret do all new duct work, a new furnace and AC condenser and they quoted us significantly cheaper than 4 other businesses. Bret also does all the electrical and plumbing work that other businesses would require you hiring another party do do that work on top of their higher quotes. Not only did they do the work for cheaper than the other businesses, they installed very efficient equipment to save us monthly as well. They did my whole house in less than 3 days. Cannot emphasize how great of a business this is.

We got a few quotes and decided on Bountiful HVAC. Bret and his team were punctual, considerate and hard working. The job was done well. Couldn't have asked for a better furnace and AC replacement.

I called Bret when my 22 year old furnace started acting up, he explained to me over the phone what he thought might be the problem. He came out the next day and ran some tests while explaining to me what he was doing. It ended up being a simple fix. The thing that impresses me the most was that he showed me where some potential problems could be in the future because of the age of the furnace. But there was no pressure to immediately take action. Great guy! I will be recommending him to my friends and neighbors.

Best experience working with an HVAC company. I have always dreaded calling anyone for service because the costs are always so high and the technicians are always trying to sell me a new system. Bret was totally honest and helpful and fixed our AC in just a few minutes. There isn't anyone else I'd call to do the work. I'm definitely not going to lose his number.

Bountiful HVAC is awesome!! Bret and his team, Jason and Mike, were great to work with. Their install techniques were top of the line and Bret kept me posted on their progress throughout the install. He took the time to walk me through the thermostat setup, answered all my questions and also provided some helpful insights with our new furnace/AC unit. I would highly recommend Bret and his team to anyone...and will be using them for all my future HVAC needs.

Bret was amazing! He came out last minute when our AC went out on a hot August Friday afternoon in order to prevent us having to spend the weekend without AC. He was super honest with his recommendations and didn't try to upsell things we didn't need. Others I called did, unfortunately. His prices were also better than others I talked to.
