It was the first day of an 8 day vacation in late October, on the other side of the country, when we learned we had a mainline water leak. Valley/Towers Plumbing was the second place I called after the first place told me that they were scheduling emergency bids for early December. (First one was a referral, I found Towers via web search, confirmed they were solid with the BBB, and looked at online reviews.) The scheduler at Valley listened as I explained my predicament, promised that we could figure this out long-distance, then scheduled an estimate appointment for the next morning. I received a call from the estimator before lunchtime. I had sent my parents over to my house to let the estimator into the house and he kindly explained everything to them and then called me to review all the same details. The best part, he was able to schedule a crew for the very next day to do the repair! The crew was fantastic! Since we didn’t get to see the work in person, we’d almost not know that they had dug three giant holes in our yard as we returned home a few days later. They cleaned up very well, took care around our plants, and sent detailed photos to show the work in progress and the completed results. I think I spoke with three different people in all and each one was so courteous, empathetic for our situation, and very communicative. I would absolutely recommend this crew to anyone and am so thankful that the first plumber didn’t work out because I got to work with this team instead.

I can’t see enough about how pleased it was with the service by Valley plumbing. The technicians arrived on time, were wearing nice clean uniforms and were extremely polite. They got right down the business. Had the toilet installed within 20 minutes and were on their way. Upon leaving, they were very polite and thanked us for requesting their services. The technician shared a little bit about his past and was very interesting to talk to. I highly recommend Valley plumbing for your needs.

Yesterday Trayten came over to my house to inspect a plumbing issue that I had in my bathroom that was concerning me. He diagnosed the issue immediately and had a simple solution that worked. He then spent several minutes talking through some other plumbing questions that I had. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I'd definitely work with them again in the future.

There was a leak in our water main pipe. They came on Saturday and dug a 7 foot hole by our house to replace the section and tarred it. Brian Underwood was fast and friendly (even to our dog). Everything was done within 5 hours.

Mitch came quickly and fixed our gas valve. Great service and soo kind! We had a great experience. Thank you!

Jordan did a great job fixing our shower valve. Service was excellent and he was very friendly. Will be using them in the future.

The tech, Mitch, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He quickly found the cause of my kitchen sink that was leaking into our basement. It was a pretty simple problem--the strap holding the drainage system up had somehow come loose, causing the p-trap to drop down a couple of inches and leak under the sink. He fixed it free of charge, and while he was there, he checked my water heater to see if it needed any maintenance (it didn't). I couldn't have asked for a better experience and you know I'm going to call these guys the next time I have a plumbing issue!

I am a Maintenance Tech for a large community. Trayten and Edd had to come out and give me a hand with the main line to the home. They worked very well without wasting any time. They were very friendly and very clear on everything they were looking into. I'd love to see them back when im in need. I highly recommend working with these gentlemen. Thank you guy🙏

TREY HACKING is Amazing ! He is the Hardest worker I have seen! He goes nonstop. He knows his profession completely. He quoted us a great deal on pricing. And was efficient, informative and kind. He took the time to explain everything as he went. He puts in Quality equipment.My friends are lining up to request him! It is so refreshing to have an honest plumber with great knowledge! Made a phonecall about a leaking kitchen sink and Mitch and Dallin arrived at my door within the hour assuring me that it was not something major and educated me on taking better care of the plumbing hardware under my sink. Such a relief that it was nothing major. My place's plumbing is very old so I know that this is the company I will call with any future problems. We appreciated the very fast response to our request for an estimate. We were given the estimate on-site with the offer to do the work while they were there which h we did. Quality work to replace the plumbing from a tub/shower to a walk-in shower. Mitch was knowledgeable and professional!

Had a leak from our 2nd floor bathroom drains into our 1st floor family room. Valley plumbing responded within 30 minutes of first contact. Trey was able to access the leak quickly and effected repairs quickly. The faucet was repaired the next day after obtaining replacement faucet. I will not hesitate to use them again

Friendly & professional staff, easy to make an appt, rcd text updates on arrival & Parker was great at troubleshooting our issue & provided a clear line item estimate. He recommended some repairs that increased the safety of our system. He & Lea did a great job, I would rehire if needed.

JT offers great service! He was extremely professional, answered all of my questions, and took the time to address every concern I had. Very friendly and easy to talk to. I really appreciated his thoroughness and honesty. Highly recommend!
