Awesome company! They came out the same day I called within 30 min just to look at it for free! No obligations or pressure. NICK was great! He was informative and gave me several different options. I ended up using their service and Nick did it in less than an hour. Got my hot water running again. It was a smooth transaction from this company. I recommend them 100%. Thank you valley plumbing!

Dean was honest and respectful. He gave options of what could be done and made sure I was satisfied. He was very friendly, listened, was knowledgeable, and the price was decent. I actually paid more than another quote because of his honesty and quality. Thank you Dean!

Love that they don't try to sell you something! Just performed the service well, and done! I never know who to trust in plumbing because I've had a couple of companies come in and I swear they mess it up so they can sell an expensive fix. Valley took the time, did a great job! Super nice and professional plumber Jeremy. Wore booties to keep it clean. And wiped down sanitized after! Love this service!

MY ONLY REGRET IS THAT I CAN’T LEAVE A 10 STAR REVIEW FOR THESE GUYS! They are nothing short of amazing SUPERSTARS! First of all they were $2,000 less than their competitors. They showed up exactly on time. Their entire crew is clean, friendly and professional. They were done replacing our entire water line in less than four hours. They were super respectful of our home and cleaned up when they were done as nice as I would have done. We were amazed by how well they dealt with our urgent emergency. Our water is no longer leaking and all is well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS ❤️❤️❤️

Had a great experience with Valley Plumbing. They were easy to get in touch with, showed up when they said they would, and kept me updated the whole time. Communication was solid from start to finish, which I really appreciated. Dusty did the work for me and did an awesome job. He explained everything clearly, made sure I understood what was going on, and didn’t leave any questions unanswered. You can tell he cares about doing the job right. Everything turned out great and I’m really happy with how it all came together. Definitely would use them again and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

I appreciate how quick Valley Plumbing was able to dispatch & respond to a plumbing leak in my home. The plumber, Kayden, was able to quickly diagnose a minor plumbing leak on the new tub drain I had installed. Kayden did a fine job. As quick as the repair was, the service fee was still $261 and was more than another local plumber I’ve used in the past. Therefore, 4 out of 5 stars.

Good technician, but look elsewhere for fair pricing: Nick was a great technician who fixed a difficult PRV leak behind my water heater and even moved the valve to a better spot. However, the company’s rates are excessive. I paid $2,200 for 1.5 hours of work, with $1,200 of that going just toward moving the water heater out and back in. The work was done, but I cannot justify these prices and will not be using this company again.
