Ryan Prince is the BEST appliance repairman I have Ever had! He is so knowledgeable and honest and professional. I will be calling him for ALL my appliances. He replaced the hinge on my washing machine e that I had replaced before by another repairman 2 years ago. It was never really good. So when Ryan came out he completely removed the door and took out the old hinge and replaced it then put it all back and my door is like brand new!!! The other repairman just changed the little plastic parts and left. It was completely broken thru when Ryan checked it. So refreshing to have an appliance repairman who knows what he is doing!!!

Today Adam and Kaden came and fixed my dryer. They were quick, efficient and friendly! THANK YOU! They even showed me a few things about my dryer to help me with usage! Love you guys! So glad to have my dryer back!

Robert came out to take a look at our malfunctioning ice machine. He came quickly, investigated the issue thoroughly, and explained the options for fixing it well. Would call Robert again if needed.

Leonard was amazing in determining what was wrong with our dryer and oven. He was quick and efficient. He was thoughtful in all of his work and wanted to make sure everything was working just great! Would definitely recommend Leonard as a technician!

I had a very poor experience with them. First of all, their service fee is outrageous. The technician told me that he would have to replace the main circuit board and the door assembly before he even looked at the washing machine. Then we spent about two minutes pushing buttons on the machine and then told me he had confirmed that and gave me a price. When I suggested that maybe you replace one at a time to see if it fixed it, he was dismissive. I had another company come out who did a more thorough examination (for almost half the service fee) and discovered that the door assembly needed to be replace -- about a third of the cost. I will never call them again.

Robert was professional and knowledgeable. He has great people skills and projects confidence which is very reassuring. I would highly recommend him. I’m keeping your company and Robert on file for future reference when I have another most likely LG appliance issue

the tech did absolutely NOTHING and charged me $125.

He spent a total of 5- 8mins tops on my 2014 Samsung dryer and then another 30 minuets talking about the quality of LG dyers, how cute my dog is, drank some water and called is office then quoited me $750 replace my dyer motor and assembly.

I'm certain 90% of their reviews are forgeries

Had a service done on our secondhand washer because we had a leak for our first wash and couldn't find it. The service guy, Adam came out fixed it super quick and answered all our questions and concerns. Helped us wholely and made sure we had everything set up before leaving. And it's awesome that Adam will come back again for any other issues in the future, he definitely made sure we understood what was wrong and we're looking forward to working with this company and Adam again!

The technician Robert was really personable and friendly. He remembered being here before. He expertly cleaned a blocked pump on my Bosch dishwasher and tightened the door handle on my refrigerator very quickly and expertly. I highly recommend Quality Appliance and Robert.

Robert came to my house to repair a refrigerator. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to show me how to troubleshoot and adjust my display panel. The service was excellent, couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Quality Appliance Service is the best! I lucked into finding them because there aren’t a lot of companies that work on Samsung. (Should tell you something about Samsungs - I will never buy one - this one came with the house.) Anyway, I got Robert to help me and he is just incredible. Knowledgeable, polite, etc. I love how the company calls you when the technician is on their way. Great customer service and so pleasant. Can’t speak highly enough about them!😀

Robert is extremely knowledgeable about the stove and made recommendations about how best to use it after the repairs. He was customer focused throughout the process and answered all our questions.
