Terrible experience with Dallas . Things were great until we asked questions about not doing the full 10k + job that he later told us wasn’t the “best way to do it but he still would “ we asked if we had any options that wouldn’t cost as much and he lost it. My wife and I were cursed out and yelled at for 30 minutes while trying to get our money we paid him for the quote because he stated he wouldn’t work with “People like us”

We contacted Dallas on a complicated window seam and patch issue on our home. He responded within minutes and provided high integrity support. Exemplified commitment to Truth & Honor just as stated on the Christensen website.

In todays insane market , getting contractors to even give you a call back during business hours is a hope and a prayer. Dallas with Christensen stucco not only called me back , but did so after hours! Briefly talking with him I knew he knew his stucco and answered my questions! The job got done in a timely manner and excited to have a home no more cracks ! Quality work , super responsive !

Dallas installed insulation and stucco over the cedar cladding on our house, and it has never looked better. He was professional and stayed in close communication throughout. He was able to make even the trickiest spots around some picture windows look fantastic. Thank you, Dallas!

After changing sizes and locations of windows and outside doors we had a lot of stucco patching left to do. Dallas and his guys are experts at getting this back to looking new. Great job in matching colors too.

I really, really wanted to like this company. Most of the reviews were so glowing, and many mentioned how responsive the owner was, which is something I highly value but rarely find in contractors. Turns out, I didn't find it here either.

I first sent an email requesting information. I never received a response, so I got the information elsewhere. I still wanted to use Christensen Exteriors because of all the rave reviews, so when I was ready to get a quote for my (quite large) project I called and left a message. Within 20 minutes Dallas returned my call. He seemed excited about the job and getting me a quote, and told me to text him my info and he'd get back to me about when he could come out, but that was the last time I heard from him. Two texts and another call and voicemail over the next 3 days all went unanswered. This was not the "best customer service possible" I had come to expect based on the statements on their website, the reviews, and the owner's replies to said reviews. Such a disappointing experience.

We had stucco done by a previous Company and they did an awful job. The work was not done properly, and they were not honest about the cost of the work and charged us much more than they should have. Dallas was very quick to help us with the dispute, he went out and was able to let us know exactly what needed to be done, and how much it would cost. He was very honest, and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. They are awesome!

Dallas was extraordinarily helpful with my stucco project. Needed to understand options and pricing. Wonderful to work with, and knowledgeable.

Dallas was awesome to work with, he answered his phone on the first ring and was very professional. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgable about what needed to happen with my stucco repair. I will definitely be using him in the future for any other stucco work I need done.

Dallas was super helpful in explaining to me how I can attach tiles to stucco. He didn't expect anything, just helped me out of the kindness of his heart. He was also transparent about the price of stuccoing my entire house. I will likely enlist their services in the future when I decide to do that.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the work Dallas and his crew did for us. We had major stucco issues exasperated by water damage.
They had to rip three chimneys and the front of our home all the way to the wood sheeting and replace. The stucco color and the pattern match perfectly! Miguel and his guys were amazing. On time everyday and worked their guts out even while it was snowing. I highly recommend them to anyone needing quality work done. Thanks guys!

Dallas and his workers just completed a medium-sized stucco resurfacing job at my house. Here is my review.

1. I found Christensen Stucco online and was certainly impressed by the reviews I saw. However, I was concerned that the reviews almost appeared too good to be true. The #1 takeaway from my review is that I had a similar, wonderful experience - as described in so many reviews, and I will add my story to the list. Yes, they really are that good, honest, and professional, and go the extra mile to make sure the customer is completely satisfied.

2. Within about 1 minute after Dallas began looking at the small cracks that had appeared in a few locations, he had correctly assessed the cause, and shortly thereafter came up with a reasonable plan to address it and completely fix the problem, not just a temporary "patch" job. Work started within a couple days.

3. The actual work was done by Stan - a stucco expert with 30 years experience. What a master! How they so perfectly matched the color and texture of the existing unpainted stucco I can't quite comprehend.

4. There were some small issues that arose in the clean-up process. However, again, Dallas and Stan stood by their word, displayed the utmost integrity, and bent over backwards to make everything right.

5. Since the work was completed, several housing-related professionals have been at my house for other reasons, and to a person - marveled at how great the new stucco looked. I wholeheartedly concur!

6. If I ever have any stucco work again, I wouldn't even think about calling anybody else. Christensen Stucco is the best.

So glad we went with this company. Dallas worked with us on every step of our stucco renovation. His experience was valuable and his eye for design helped us create something more beautiful than anticipated without any extra cost. Dallas produced high quality work and we appreciated how he communicated with us throughout the entire process.

You got to LOVE a contractor who RETURNS phone calls!!! Dallas not only returned my call the same day he also set up an appointment to look at my stucco the next day. Three other contractors have yet to return my call. Dallas in no way pressured me for business. We discussed the leak I have and that it might be coming from my roof and not the stucco. Now that's honesty!!! He also offered to have a roofer get in touch with me.

Called for some advice and repair of damaged stucco caused by a plumber working on our home. Dallas answered my call while out on vacation and was able to give me an estimate to get the repair done. I appreciated his quick responses and clear communication of the work that would be required. The price seems fair considering the work required.

Dallas is a stand-up guy and true to his word. He assessed a stucco repair job for me, free of charge, and gave me his honest opinion on it. He actually advised me that the stucco was in good shape and that I didn't need to do anything at the moment. Down the line, Dallas will be the one I call to help with any stucco issues. He was very knowledgeable and gave great insights!

Dallas has been responsive and helpful throughout our remodel. We were a small job for him but he treated us as if we were his first priority. He’s gone above and beyond to help us fix issues that have arisen to our satisfaction. If you want to work with someone who you can trust to treat your project as if it was his own then Dallas is who you should choose. Can’t recommend him or his company more highly.

Recently reached out with a Stucco Repair/Water Damage issue with my home and couldn't have been more grateful to have had the chance to connect with Dallas! From the immediate response to my first phone call, we felt comfortable working with Dallas and Team. The attention to detail needed to not only repair our Stucco, match color, remove/replace/repair all water damage, decorative rock, while concluding with all needed exterior upgrades, mitigating future issues, was simply... We just remodeled a 90s rambler - it was exactly what you would expect, super dated with a wainscot of brick and wormy stucco. I had a vision of what I wanted - an all stucco house that looked like a modern cottage with a smooth plaster finish exterior. But I had no idea of how to achieve it. I spoke with several exterior remodeling companies but I picked Dallas with Christensen Exteriors. He was the only one who clearly both understood my vision and knew how to help me achieve it. The first time he came out he told me exactly what we needed to do, gave me a timeline and a date he could start. And he was there on the start date we agreed on. There were some surprise design issues (as there always are during a remodel) and Dallas came up with a great way to address every single one of them.

When I told neighbors we were doing an all stucco exterior on our remodel I could see they doubted the vision and were picturing a 90s stucco throwback. But Dallas achieved a perfect plaster look on the stucco - people drive by and comment on how beautiful it is all the time.

Dallas and his team do amazing work. My 80 year old home looks like new and I could not be happier. Not only is the work top notch but Dallas is just a great guy. I was a huge pain in the butt customer. In the middle of the job I decided to get new windows and put 5 weeks of down time in to his schedule. He didn’t complain. He was a pro and came to cut back the work he had already done and made it so I could get it done. The finished product is absolutely amazing. Do not even think of calling anyone else. Dallas is THE MAN!

UPDATE:
It is now a year later and I still get thrilled when I see my house. There are no cracks, it still looks perfect and I still get compliments. Just an amazing job.
