I am a property manager with Prioritime Property Management and we have been using XKDA to clean our houses for years as they are great! She always finds time for us, does a great job and is reasonably priced. Our jobs range from just a couple of little things not done by the prior tenant through a deep clean on an entire house that has been left a mess. They always get the place looking great & ready for the next tenant to move-in.

Maria's team did a deep clean of my apartment after I'd been recovering from ankle surgery. And I cannot say enough good things about them! They were friendly, professional, and INCREDIBLY THOROUGH! XKDA has been cleaning my house for more than 10 years. They are always so thorough and meticulous. I brought them along when I moved almost three years ago. They did an amazing "move-out clean" before we handed the keys over to my real estate agent. The house looked so good, I did not want to give it up!! And they did a "new house clean" when we moved into our new home. Today, I had them clean my oven and refrigerator in addition to the rest of the house. Everything is absolutely gleaming, as always. I would recommend XKDA to anyone. They are top notch!

I'm pretty particular. Perhaps to a fault - so I expect the absolute best from my professional cleaning services. Maria and her team at XKDA are world class. In addition to noting specific details that are important to me, there are those fine points that I really appreciate each and every time. And, overtime, it doesn't get sloppy or worse - they actually get better. I have them come every other week. And everyone notices. If you want impeccable, trust them. If you are OCD, trust them. If you care about details, trust them. If you want an exceptional fair price, trust them. I don't take the time to write reviews for just anyone. They have been to my home a half-dozen times and I felt like it would be a sin at this point to not give them public praise.

I hired XKDA through Thumbtack. We have a smaller 2 bed/2 bath home with two dogs that shed heavily and like to get a deep clean every few months or so. XKDA arrived early and did a fantastic job! Great quality and price based on the other cleaners we've hired through Thumbtack in the past. I'll definitely consider rehiring XKDA again!
