We recently hired J&A Cleaning to deep clean the rental home we moved out of. They exceeded all of our expectations! The cleaners were well equipped, thorough and got the job done quickly. They showed up on-time too, which is always nice.

You should not make an appointment with their online scheduling, I made an appt online with their book now option. They don't even bother with that, I called to verify my appointment and he was unaware that you could make appt with online website, said he was booked out a week, poor service with appt app online, Go with some else who checks their websites or use it at least,

Cleaning ladies are great but scheduling with Edilberto has been a nightmare lately. The last straw is that he forgot to put us on the schedule on the week that we have a house party.

His excuse is that no one is perfect and that he runs two businesses. I always have to confirm the time with him because it's always something.

But now I am stuck with looking for a replacement cleaner in two days time.

The ladies do an outstanding job cleaning my house. I am a really good housekeeper, but due to health issues, I am unable to clean any longer. The two ladies who come out put me to shame. They are thorough, fast, and very pleasant. Five stars!
