Our carpets look great and care was taken to be sure our home was left just the way we like it. The hardwood floor in the was wiped down to be sure no dirt made it into our house. We are very happy with the service and would call them again.

Small company with personal excellent service. The actual cleaning process included steps we’d never seen before. This is not a spray on suck off operation. Moved a lot in the military so I cleaned and had cleaned a lot of carpets. Allen surpasses anything I’ve seen. He was polite, professional, concerned, and his work was excellent. He knows his stuff and takes great pride in his work, refreshing. I will recommend EZClean to all my friends and family. Don’t hesitate to call here first, you won’t regret it.

Allen was terrific to work with. He is a new business owner, he’s hardworking and eager for success. I liked that he answered the phone on a Sunday - that got my business! Its usually the only time I have to get things done around the house. I like that it’s a family owned business, and a military family - both Allen’s parents served the nation.

He was on time, he has such a pleasant disposition and he welcomed me with a Xmas ponsietta flower, such a nice touch.

I highly recommend EZ Clean to clean your carpets! Allen sent a reminder text the day before, as well as calling the day of the appointment. He went above and beyond what was expected, and I appreciated that he also offered little plastic booties to put on our feet. He left fans out for a while for the carpet to dry faster, raking the carpet after as well. We had a great experience with EZ Clean.

I started having the carpet at my restaurant done by them about 2 years ago and as long as EZ Clean is in business I won't have any other company do my carpets. I've recommended them to everyone I know because Allen and Karissa are amazing. Professional, always on time, competitive pricing. Most importantly, however, are the results. 20 year old carpets in a busy restaurant with stains and high traffic areas that I thought would always look dingy came out looking like new. Highly recommend!

Alan was professional and very knowledgeable in his trade. He was was well prepared with modern equipment utilized in cleaning carpets. I watched as he carefully vacuumed the rooms to be cleaned. He then sprayed cleaning solution and used a power brush to lift the dirt. He used a special wand and hoses from his truck injecting steam and simultaneously vacuuming the excess moisture. He even left fans to expedite the drying process. I highly recommend EZ Clean for professional carpet cleaning. We will definitely use them in the future.

Allen did a fantastic job! We recently bought our home and there were large stains in the living room, a few dark spill stains in one room, and darker high traffic areas in every room. I highly recommend EZ Clean. We were looking for a good deal for our house that we rent out. Little did I know, we were getting a great deal for exceptional work! Allen cleaned our entire house both carpet and tile. He did a phenomenal job. Both the carpet and tile look brand new. He even helped us move some boxes out of our basement so we wouldn't have to walk on the carpet. We will definitely use EZ Clean again and recommend them to anyone!

Al did a great job on our carpet! We appreciated all the prep work he did and he even came back to work on a spot we noticed the next day. He left his fans overnight to help dry the carpet sooner as we are getting it ready to sell which was very helpful! Excellent work at a great price! Allen was a stand-up guy I felt comfortable having in my home (with children, pets, and about to deliver a baby :). He went above and beyond. We did have a scheduling problem, but he was very apologetic and totally made up for it with the excellent job he did when he came two days later than originally scheduled. He did our microfiber sectional and rocking chair, and VERY heavily soiled/stained carpets. They look WAY BETTER than I expected or hoped. Will definitely use again and recommend to others!

Allen did a wonderful job on our carpets! I actually have had my rugs and carpets cleaned recently but choose to have them cleaned again due to pet stains and he made everything look, smell and feel brand new again! The last company who cleaned our rugs, I couldn't even tell a difference when they were done but I absolutely could with EZ Clean! Very professional and even asked to show up a little early to my appointment! Will definitely be using them again soon! Five stars isn't enough!

It's so nice to have clean carpets again! It's been several years since the last time I had them done and EZ Clean brought them back to clean even with all the dark spots from spills, pet accidents, etc. They did great with my tile, too!

Allen was quick to return my call, sent an appointment reminder the day before he came, and did an amazing job on all the carpets and one sofa in my large house! He also cleaned my grout and got it back to its original color, something I honestly didn’t think was possible!! He was friendly and patient with my little 5 year old who kept asking him questions and we’ll definitely be using EZ Clean again!!

On 8/10/22 Chad from EZ Clean Carpet Cleaning in West Valley City cleaned my wall to wall carpet at my home. My basement had several very ugly stains because my 5yo uses the area as a play room. We also had black, high traffic areas. Chad left my whole carpet looking like new! I love how my house looks after my carpet is so white and clean. Chad was very responsive, quickly put me on his schedule, arrived on time and did a very high quality job. His pricing was great too. Amazing service had my exterior & interior windows cleaned in West Valley City. Very responsive and easy to book appointments and offered a discount when setting up reoccurring appts. Got me down for quarterly cleaning with flexible timing. Payment was easy to processes via invoice had options to pay via Apple Pay.

Really great job cleaning the windows and the screens. Definitely recommended.
