I booked a move-in cleaning service with the company due to their good reviews and high rating on Google. However, this experience has been nothing but a serial of disappointments. The work crew they sent are really slow. They kept telling me that they promise a perfect and complete job but the result is just mediocre and nothing is impressive at all. They charge base on hourly rate it seems like they are trying to rip you off. I had another companies doing similar amount of cleaning so far this has been the worst experience. I would not recommend this company at all. stay away.

We used Five Stars Cleaning Services to clean a house we were remodeling, and I couldn't be happier with their work. The purple crew showed up ahead of time, understood what I wanted done, and executed perfectly. I will be calling them again on our next projects.

They came in, went right to work and were very professional and did an excellent job. My daughters apartment had not been deep cleaned in a number of years and they made it look so nice. It was a big job and I am so very pleased with the job they did. I would recommend them to anyone. It took four of them three hours to make my daughters apartment shine and I am very grateful. They will be coming back on a regular basis to help maintain this level of cleanliness. Thank you five star, Leo and his crew for a job very well done!!

Purple crew did an amazing job and left my house sparkling! They were so kind and communicative and attentive to my needs and requests. We hired Five Stars Cleaning to clean our home after we moved out and before we listed it. They did a PHENOMENAL job! Parts of the house that we could never get clean were left sparkling! Everything was amazing and the house is so beautiful! I can't wait to use them again for general cleaning at our new home. I would highly recommend them for stellar deep cleaning and attention to detail.

I had Five Star Cleaning come to our new home for a move-in deep cleaning, to give the house a refresh before we brought in all our belongings. They did such an amazing job of making a vacant home feel so fresh and new and shiny! They cleaned everything top to bottom - including the insides of appliances and the sides - we’ve been so pleased with the work they did, as we’ve settled into our new place without worrying about cleaning before unpacking.

Highly recommend, they were thorough and efficient and we’ll use them again for sure!

Five Stars cleaning is a wonderful service! It was so easy to set up an appointment and the work they did was incredible! I had them do a deep clean on my apartment. I have a two year old and they got all the pen and marker off the walls!

They also did an amazing job cleaning the bathroom and deep cleaning the kitchen. My husband and I were speechless when we saw the oven. The range and inside the oven were spotless (we thought it was to the point it may never be truly clean again!)

We have been incredibly impressed with this cleaning service! They were very pleasant, professional, dependable, and really went above and beyond in all their cleaning. Even in our home that has been in the midst of remodeling and a lot of extra dirt and mess. They were able to get some things cleaned I have not! They were also very good at communicating in every detail.

It was an amazing Christmas gift to me to have my home left so sparkling clean and feeling so inviting. They are completely trustworthy too!

They were so quick to respond, were very professional, and made my rental look spectacular for my new tenants. I had a paint crew in earlier and they left the bathroom less than desirable.

Phenomenal work. I asked for a deep clean, and my house is now sparkling. They moved my fridge and cleaned under it, emptied out my toaster, wiped every surface, cleaned light fixtures, and endless other things. The Orange team was fantastic, and Mirabel is a great team lead! She was especially kind and engaging with my kids!

I am so impressed with how thoroughly this company cleaned our daughter’s home. She just had a baby and we wanted her to come home to a nice clean environment. I have to say it was sparkling clean. They wiped the front of the cabinets, dusted blinds, baseboards, and came with plenty of microfibers so it gave me great peace of mind knowing they weren’t using and reusing the same cleaning cloths. Great company! Also the team that came were sweet as can be!
