I recently hired Five Stars Cleaning for a deep cleaning of my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From the moment I called, their team was professional, courteous, and attentive to my needs. The cleaning crew arrived on time and worked diligently, ensuring that every corner of my home was spotless. They were thorough in cleaning the bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas, even going above and beyond to tackle areas I hadn't even considered. I highly recommend Five Stars Cleaning for anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality cleaning service. I will definitely be using them again!

My sister just had a baby a really needed help. I called them last minute for a same day clean and they were so amazing and accommodating squeezing us in. The ladies that came (I believe they were the red team) were so phenomenal. We had a house full of kids and people there helping with kids , meals, yard work and they were just the sweetest about all the people and kids being there and cleaning around us. I think they brought my sister to tears with how clean that kitchen looked.
I’m so grateful for the amazing cleaners who came to help out a postpartum mom who was trying to do it all. I definitely recommend them, and also booked them for a cleaning at my own house !

Five Star cleaning company sent a young lady to my home to clean. She did a fabulous job. I inspected her work after she left and I didn’t have to do anything. Everything was superb. I was very happy with her work. She also took her shoes off at the door. The cost to clean was extremely reasonable. I sincerely recommend this company for your cleaning needs.

We had a renter move out and five star cleaning came to clean our rental property. They literally cleaned everything, not only your typical items. They cleaned things like the walls, doors, baseboards, windows, air vent intakes, ceiling fans, etc.

They allow you to make special requests in advance to spend extra time on certain areas of the house. They also offer a 48 hour return service if you are not satisfied with areas of their cleaning.

Overall, I was super impressed with how well they cleaned the house! We will be using them again in the future.

I was terribly disappointed with the service provided by Five Stars Cleaning Services. I was quoted approximately 4.5x3 hours over the phone, and the same estimate was given again after the crew walked through the house. However, when the job was done, I was billed for 8x3 hours — almost double the estimate.

I could have overlooked the inaccurate quote if the work had been thorough, but when I inspected the house, it was still noticeably dirty. The walls hadn’t been touched, dirt remained on the floors, and there was still dust on the door frames. For the time and money charged, the quality of the cleaning was extremely poor.

The Purple Crew was amazing! They were very thorough and left the house spotless. My husband thought he walked into the wrong house when he got home from work! I can’t express how much lighter our home feels. Thank you so much!

Absolutely perfect service! Brenda and her crew were so friendly and did an amazing job going above and beyond. I felt comfortable with them the moment they came into my home. My belongings were handled with respect, they left my home smelling so good. They worked nonstop the whole time they were here Brenda divided her crew up and each of them worked in different areas. I had a nice experience with Five Stars Cleaning. I have used a few different companies recently for cleaning services needed in my line of work and am very impressed and satisfied here. I was unsure of the cost and rate at first but the quality and detail were top notch.
The “Red Crew” of Maribel, Maria, Presiliana, and Karina are amazing and quite frankly are wonderful at what they do. I appreciated the thoroughness and attention to detail. They even made a counter top that was in a studio spotless that I would have never had imagined was even possible. Thanks again! I’ve already texted to book them for my next building.

I was very happy with service I received from Five Star Cleaning. Everyone was professional and did excellent work. I have used their service multiple times and have always been impressed with hard work and results. They have my full recommendations. Every time they leave my house looks brand new. Everyone involved are hard working and always make sure everything is done I am satisfied.

5 Star Cleaning did a decent job, but the experience was disappointing. It took 6.5 hours to clean an already tidy house, and while Marie worked hard, the other two often stood around chatting or on their phones. Since we were charged hourly, there was little motivation to be efficient. We chose them over flat-rate companies expecting a quick job, but ended up paying over $1,000. They also broke our door blinds and denied responsibility when I followed up. Good cleaning, but poor accountability and time management.

Maribel and her team (Josefina, and Priscillana) did an amazing job! They were on time, and got to work right away. Every baseboard, window sill, wall, and doors were scrubbed. They are very detail-oriented and they showed great pride in their work. This is by far the best cleaners we’ve had, and looking forward to seeing them next time.

I bought a new place and requested a move in deep clean. The cleaners arrived on time. We walked through my request and they got to work. Very thorough And was able to clean behind my appliances. The space was small, but the work was a lot, and these ladies did phenomenal.
Would highly recommend.
And will use again.

Best service and reasonable prices. We had a different cleaning service come out and they did a horrible job. I was desperate and reached out to Five Star and they came out and did a deep clean and fixed everything. We have 2 very active boys and 2 small dogs so the cleaning can sometimes get overwhelming. I had surgery and things got away from me. I just needed help resetting everything. They showed up on time and were so nice and so detailed that I hired them for bi-weekly maintenance cleanings. I am beyond satisfied with this company!

Hired to move out clean my apartment with two weeks advanced notice and never showed up fully bailed last second, wouldn't answer any calls or messages of any kind. ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD.

Edith has cleaned multiple homes for clients. They all say she is on time, very very thorough and leaves their home better than they ever have been able!

By far the best cleaning company that I have used, I tried out 10 or more cleaning services since I moved to Utah, and these ladies are the absolute best!!!
