They were very professional and courteous! My house looks fabulous and clean! I like that I can set up auto-pay. Their online accounts are easy to use and I can track what was done each week! Definitely recommend!

We used this company for a couple months. The ladies that came were very nice, but would not be thorough every time. We would call and talk with Michael and he said he welcomed feedback. But they continued to miss simple things: dusting the tv, deep clean schedules weren’t kept up, floors weren’t mopped properly, etc. So we stopped service.
Months gone by we decided that we were going to give them another chance, maybe a fluke? We called to get back on the schedule and they returned our call with a $65 increase per cleaning because we “require an excessive amount of attention to detail.” In (Isn’t that THEIR job). Yes, when I pay for a cleaning, it’s expected that it gets clean. The ladies (2) were barely at the house 1-2 hours a cleaning and we have a 2k+ sq ft home! This I even told Michael as well earlier in the year.
Very disappointed that we were treated this way. But hope our experience makes someone think twice before preceding with a hiring.

I came home to a wonderful feeling of a very clean and happy home. Curious as to how well they were going to do this initial clean as they call it, I was very anxious as to just how clean they would actually get my home. I was very surprised when after I did a thorough walkthrough everything was spick and span! I will now be using them by weekly and am extremely grateful to know that I am getting what I am paying for. I would highly recommend this company. This is the third time I have used this company in the past 15 years.😊🙏👍👏👏

Wow! I literally cannot make my house glow and sparkle like this. My cleaning team took so much care and detail to the assignment. I’ve been a long time client and we’re getting ready to move (😭😭😭) and they didn’t spare any detail. Gorgeous AND affordable.

Crystal and Jaydon do a fantastic job cleaning our offices. They are thorough, and inobtrusive. We barely know they are here until the fresh fragrance of their cleaning supplies drift down the hall and everything is sparkling clean. I highly recommend them for anyone with a busy office!

The Cleaning Authorities cleaners do a fantastic job! They never disappoint. The rotational cleaning is very handy, and a deep clean is alway available, but you'll never need it. That said, last week, Fabiana and Gabriel did such an amazing job that I have to write this review. They even folded towels into cute little animals. Great job!!!

They do a great job! Very efficient and professional, when they show up.

I had bi-weekly service with for 6-7 months. When they cancel your clean (always due to staff being out) they never reschedule ever! Meaning that when they cancel your clean they don't come for a month. Once in a while that is fine, not every time. One of the times they canceled I really needed cleaning and they told me several dates and times they would try and make it up, but never showed up. They just canceled two appointments in a row so now I'm forced to hire another service.

If they show up to your appointments it's fine, but good luck with that!

We are pleased with the results. Our cleaning team (mother and daughter) speak only Spanish, so it’s a great opportunity for me to practice the language I’m trying to learn. They are patient with my limited vocabulary and respond to our requests correctly. We have had them clean our home several times and we have complete confidence in them.

Jason and Fernanda were thorough and efficient. After working their magic, you’d never guess there was a toddler and two pups running around this house! They did a great job and we look forward to them coming back.

Overall very happy with TCA! We have been using them for about 3 months now with cleaning scheduled every 2 weeks. They have such kind cleaners who do an excellent job on the routine and deep cleaning. We have two Golden Retrievers who always leave fur and mud around so having them help really has been amazing! Scheduling has also been super easy as well. Very happy with the service so far!
