We have been using the Cleaning Authority for at least 10 years for bimonthly cleaning. We have rarely been disappointed in the cleaning we get. Their cleaning crews are thorough. I love coming home to my home after each scheduled cleaning.

Normally, I am quite pleased with this company and the clean today was outstanding, but I was very upset to come out of the back room (where I was hiding with my dog during the clean because she is annoying) and find one of the cleaners with her mask below her nose. As someone who is taking the epidemic rather seriously, I am very troubled to have my home - my only safe space - put at risk like that. I did talk to Michael and he offered to do whatever necessary to make this right, but I'm posting the review because I remain very disappointed by being put at risk like this. I feel bad because I know it is a difficult time and I believe no ill will was meant, but nothing can take away my unease about this. I remain a customer and trust that this will be addressed, but man do I feel sick to my stomach right now.

I have been satisfied with my service with The Cleaning Authority. They are responsive to messages and do a good job. I love when Gloria & Yesenia come; cleaning day is awesome!

I love Cleaning Authority because it is operating as a legit business. They are responsive when there are issues. The ladies who does the actual cleaning are friendly and thorough…. However, the company needs to invest in some tools or gadgets to help the ladies clean places which are higher than their height.

They promised to do cleaning on the doors, window sills, individual knickknacks, baseboards, vacuuming carpet edges and underneath the furniture. They did not do any of those things and they did not mop the floors [only wet mop]. On their first visit, they were very late and did a half fast job. The second visit; they did such a lousy job you couldn’t tell that the place had been cleaned, so it needed to be redone. I would not recommend this company to anyone because they are dishonest and charged more than what was agreed upon!!

My cleaners did such a wonderful and thorough job. Home smelled great too! Very friendly and courteous team.

As a customer for over 5 years constantly battling missed items I finally gave up and learned that they are going to miss areas. However todays clean was a complete joke. They (2 individuals) were at my home for less than an hour and fifteen minuets and missed cleaning the fireplace glass for the third clean among other typical tasks. This company is charging over fifty dollars an hour (per person) for poor quality work and they need to get a handle on there quality particularly based on what they are charging. Enough is enough and it is time to move on. You will know who I am now that you have been fired.

As usual, the cleaners did a fantastic job. I would like to change my appts to earlier in the day.
I know timing a clean is unpredictable, sometimes the clean before our takes more time than expected. If we go earlier, we can come home earlier.
Again, excellent work, we so appreciate how nice things are.

Fantastic cleaning again today, they even came early and finished quickly

Today was my first cleaning. It was awesome. I was very impressed. Everything is so clean and fresh. They even took out the garbage. Love what they did.

I loved how they made designs with my bathroom hand towels . . . So cute! I felt like I was on a cruise 😊

I called the offices and I spoke with Michael he was extremely polite and very knowledgeable on the phone. I needed immediate service. He scheduled his cleaning crews and they did a phenomenal job. I’m very particular about my home and his crew paid attention to details and make my home sparkle. I highly recommend this company!
