Left my house cleaner than I thought it could ever be! Friendly and speedy yet thorough service! The whole house smells fantastic when they are finished, and the fact that they don’t use any harmful chemicals is a big bonus.

We needed my mom’s house thoroughly cleaned to put it on the market. I couldn’t have asked for more! The house looked better than ever and smelled fresh, not like “cleaners”. We would love to use her for our apartment buildings as well.

Very friendly and accommodating! They did a wonderful job, we are very happy with their work!

My house has never been so clean! Workers were extremely respectful and their service was exceptional. Definitely recommend!

Had an excuse for each of the three cleans she performed for our vacation rental. Does not provide receipts or communicate unless prompted. Holds on to your credit card and charges when she wants to without benefit of notice or receipt. Very specific on what her hourly rate covers yet says she cleans vacation rentals. For example will not wipe out refrigerator shelves, is the guest supposed to? Charges full price hourly rate for her young son who works with her as well. We do not recommend.

I was just thinking of having my house cleaned again so it’s serendipitous that I got a text from Tamra! I was very pleased with the work her employee did because the cleaner went over and above my expectations in getting rid of mildew stains. I’d definitely recommend Green Clean Effect and in fact might call them right now myself!

I LOVE GreenClean!!! Tamra is so easy to work with. She is honest, smart, and extremely good to people! GreenClean has been my go-to for years. When I refer her to friends, they are very happy. I have one friend who has thanked me at least ten times! They do such a great job, extremely detail oriented, with little extras here and there that I just love! The bad review from former staff seems intended to harm Tamra's business and as seems defamatory. I think it is against Google community regulations for disgruntled employees to write bad reviews, Tamra, this person could be liable for slander, and I stand behind you, I know who you are, and I know you will continue to deliver a spotless house, at an affordable price for me and my referrals. Absolute dumpster fire of a business. The owner is absolutely unhinged. Care to know the story? Read on...
Firstly, cleaning team didn't show up when scheduled. I'm still charged my deposit so decide to reschedule. Even though it was their no show.
Next cleaning team shows up and is explained to multiple times where the extra linens are and how the laundry service works. THE CLEANERS REUSE DIRTY LINENS FROM THE PREVIOUS GUEST. EWWW!!! This is a guest house and every guest deserves to have clean sheets and duvet covers. It is unethical and unsanitary, especially when you lie about it afterwards.
The linens were the worst offense, but there were other things that were left uncleaned or really strange. Examples; trash can left on toilet, used paper towels left on counter, food spill stuck and left on couch.
When these concerns were addressed with the owner she defended her cleaning team instead of sending them back out to do the job as contracted. Then stops responding.
Later I am billed the full amount for the clean! What...!? Before this I am able to let it go and let her have the deposit that I paid. Her business must be collapsing or on very hard times to be so out of touch with how best business practices should function. She also makes you sign a contract that says "you won't do a chargeback and you won't take me to court". Hindsight being that she's had many problems with unhappy customers. Curious why her company has multiple google listings...?
Because she tried to charge me the full amount for her dishonest and pretty subpar services I file a chargeback. She tells the VISA I am a racist. Uhhhhh wut...? I have literal blood relatives that are Latino. She's desperately trying to keep her business afloat and therefore makes desperate decisions. Don't get caught up with her bad decisions, instability, unclean cleaning business, you'll regret the horrible hassle and headache this woman puts you through. I decided to let this horrid woman take more of my time to write this review because I own a business and understand the importance of honest reviews. I overlooked so many red flags before they even came to clean- this review may be my way of trying to repair my own insecurities about my judge of character, but if it helps someone else not get stuck with this months long battle over a few hundred dollars (overpriced, I know) it's worth it. It's not about the money at this point. It's about standing up to bad businesses who think they can charge us for shoddy work and we have no recourse.

Very professional. The employees Always do a great job, and the owner has always been professional, courteous and understanding when there have been snags in my schedule. I love not having to worry about the details of keeping the house clean, as I'm a single mother with 4 boys, 8 pets and an aging parent whom I'm a caregiver for. Thank you!! Thank you!!

We recently had our cabin cleaned by them and it was amazing!! it was so well throughly cleaned and far better than we expected! One big I loved was that it didnt smell like chemicals, it just smelled clean. no strong chemical scent you would usually get after a deep clean! I would highly reccomend!!

They have a great system and organized process that streamlines the process. The girls are very nice and pleasant to be around, they work hard and make sure things are not only clean, but in good order.
