Our house looks beautiful, in spite of my three children, two kittens, and one cat! I'm so happy about the work Claudia did. She even managed our two kittens, who wanted to 'help.' I will definitely ask The GreenClean Effect to help again in the future!

I had an excellent experience with this company. They did a deep clean of our cabin and went above and beyond expectations. It was a large job and they were extremely thorough and it turned out even better than I was hoping for.

They used cleaning supplies that did not leave any kind of residue and it left the place feeling truly clean and healthy. They were much less expensive than what I thought the job would be and the crew was on time and stayed until the job was complete.

I plan on making this a very regular thing and look forward to working with this business again.

Would highly recommend to anyone! I used them after having shoulder surgery and was very impressed. From the beginning the checklist and customizable options made it very easy to communicate my needs and all the do’s and don’ts. The staff was very responsive, very friendly and very efficient. The cleaning and overall service well exceeded my expectations.

I used The GreenClean Effect because I was looking for an environmentally-friendly cleaner to do a move out clean on a rental. The communication wasn't great from the start and I had to follow up multiple times to even get the clean scheduled. She could not accommodate a weekend clean so I worked with their schedule. Her team was supposed to come back and do a touch up and that was confirmed via text. I found out too late that they never showed back up which she later admitted was her mistake. When I asked for an invoice so that I had proof of the clean for the security deposit (very common request), she did not reply. I followed up 4 times and finally got her to respond to me at which point she was rude and said "the contract you signed doesn't state that I provide invoices". I found the whole interaction to be much more difficult and unprofessional than it should have been and I definitely won't be using this service again.

I love how friendly the girls who come to clean. They are so cute with my dogs as well. And they do a great job. It’s always so nice here each time they clean and organize.

I searched for many companies & selected The GreenClean Effect because of their excellent communication, they don't cross contaminate between homes, they do a thorough job & they use clean products to not contaminate our air quality or surfaces.

They are on it & provide such ease, I wish I had them for our other home in Seattle.

I was not asked to write a review but want to express how much I love my GreenClean service. Scheduling is easy. They clean while I’m away and I almost cry every time I come back to such a thoughtfully cleaned home. Ismenia in particular is great. They also text you when they’re on their way, and when they’re done which is handy.

GreenClean was amazing! I got a deep clean because I have two dogs and never enough time to do more than basic cleaning. Despite how big of a job it was, they got it done quickly and it looks amazing. Bonus - they were also soooo good with my dog, who was insistent they all be best friends.

I initially reached out to this company for a non-toxic house cleaning option. The experience has been awful. Communication is poor. Payment is disorganized and incorrect every month- my card was charged over $700 one month when it should’ve been $160. Poor cleaning at times. The customer service is unprofessional and the cleaning is questionable. Often leaving an odd smell behind. Find someone else- save yourself the hassle.

Communication and follow up is always great! We have been monthly residential customers for over 18 months. Highly recommend!
