Called this company for a second opinion on my sewer line and photos to back up my claim. Unfortunately they did not share photos with me. They also didn’t inform me of other problems like my blow out cap was off, not fitting well so they just left it how it was and same problem occurred. After they said they cleared the line best they could without jet services which I understand but they didn’t test the line by just running the water that could’ve called out another problem with the sink drain. I’m moving forward with small claims court against them, I suggest another company. Added comment after company replied: camera inspection is directly listed on invoice, I told them my line was blocked and I need evidence for my insurance claim so I needed pictures. Unfortunately they couldn’t provide that or basic testing to even provide so called estimates, how can they provide estimates without telling me problems with cap or other systems?

There was a young man named Nico who had done some work on my A/C and had it fixed in no time. Excellent service.

We contacted Elevation plumbing, heating, and air for a service and quickly realized we needed an entire new system. (Furnace/A.C. Unit) Our old system was over 25 years old and dispersing carbon monoxide. Paul checked our old system (explaining the C02 leak with his diagnostic kit) and gave us various options for new units. He thoroughly explained each option and was in no way pressuring us towards a certain one. He then followed up before the install performed by Jesus and Nico. They did an outstanding job with the installation of the furnace in the basement and the outside unit. They were very pleasant and respectful as was Paul. Finally, they went over various aspects such as filter maintenance on the furnace and new controller use. We cannot be more pleased by our choice of Elevation for our needs. Thank Guys. We are very grateful for all your hard work...We will absolutely share your name with anyone we know with heating, a.c., or plumbing needs.

I felt a good vibe coming from this man. He came and changed my water heater. Unclogged the drain I had in the basement. And augured my toilet. I thought it was going to be a ridiculous price but he charged a very reasonable price and did not come at me in a sense of "I'm just here for the money" services like these you just don't see nowadays
