Great service on a Saturday. Jeff was able to arrive earlier than expected, diagnosed the problem quickly and had to make an additional trip to a warehouse to get the required OEM electric motor for the furnace blower. The new motor was installed very quickly and my heating system was up and running again. Thank you! We would use Jones Heating & Air Conditioning again.

Outstanding service and repair on our furnace that went out recently. We called thinking there was no way anybody could respond quickly and Jeff was at our house before we could get home. Amazing! Our first experience with Jeff from Jones Heating & AC was last summer when our AC unit wasn't cooling. He fixed it and saved us money! He isn't like some service technicians that try and sell you something you don't need. When it is time to replace we will definately be calling Jones Heating & AC!

Very impressed with this company, the service manager, Dion, and technician, Jeff. I had never used them before but were referred to me by a friend of mine in the home restoration business. Very professional, great customer service, very knowledgeable, and I could trust them -straight shooters. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Jeff was very thorough and helped me understand step by step what the problem was and how he was going to fix it.
Jeff even fixed my humidifier and educated me on preventative things I could do to keep my furnace running well. Our furnace stopped working on New Year's day. They were super responsive and were able to come out and get our home warm again!

Had a company called Yes come in to service our furnace. We had their sticker on our furnace from a while back. We met them at Home Depot and they offered cheap tune ups. We wanted them to look at our furnace because it sounded loud when it was on. They came out. They said they had to red tag our furnace. It was unsafe. The heating exchanger was cracked. They gave us a quote for 11k. I felt sick. My family recommended we call Jones Heating and Air. They said they are honest and I should get a second opinion. They came out and found the other company was dishonest. Needed a new part. $700 later I’m back to normal. So glad to be able to work with honest people. They are awesome!! Jeff Durfey saved me a ton of money!! You’re the man!!

Jones Heating and Air is one of, if the not best company I've ever had to deal with. They just installed central air in our home. They such a professional job. Like they have also done, whenever we have call them. They were friendly and did such high quality work. I would highly recommend Jones Heating and Air for all your heating and air conditioning needs. They are the best.

I recently discovered that my air conditioner was leaking refrigerant during a routine maintenance inspection with an Any Hour technician. The repair quote I received from Any Hour was was incredibly high and required tearing out some drywall, which I would have had to replace separately. Jones Heating and Air was recommended to me by a friend, so I called them for a second opinion. Everyone I spoke with at Jones Heating and Air was friendly and responsive, and they were able to do an initial assessment via text and schedule an appointment for just a few days later.

I had the pleasure of working with Kelby, and I cannot speak highly enough about his professionalism, expertise, and exceptional service. He was able to quickly identify the cause of the leak and provided clear explanations of the necessary repairs, which he completed that same day. Overall, I saved more than $2,200 by using Jones Heating and Air, and we didn’t have to tear out any of our walls.

We are repeat customers and this is the only company I recommend to family and friends. Our A/C stopped working in the middle of a "heat wave" that week. I called Jones Heating and Air and spoke to Jeff. He was backed up with service calls as expected during this time of year however, he still made it out to service our unit. He is so professional and has the kindest personalty. This company always goes out of their way for their customers and I have always felt they are honest and trustworthy. In summer of 2022, my AC went out and called a company to come out and repair it, and purchased their maintenance plan. Come winter, I called them to come out and they said I was in violation, turned off my system and replied they couldn't service my furnace. Offered to sell me a new one, without any discount for all the money just spent over the summer. Contacted 2 other companies for bids on a new system, one was a company who originally installed the unit. Received nothing, no bids from either. In 2023 after a recommendation to call Jones Heating & Air, I worked with Dion, who was patient and answered all my questions and concerns until I found what was the right system for me. The installers were Rob, Cole and Stry, all who were very efficient and professional. You probably have guessed that I am a very satisfied customer and now I recommend you to give them a call. The pricing was competitive, the product lines they offer are outstanding, they're very knowledgeable and you will get down to the detail everything that was discussed along with great customer service. We recently had a new AC/furnace installed. First, Dion was phenomenal! I settled on the bid from Jones, because the proposal was all inclusive. Also, clearly noted were the rebates eligible for my purchase. During installation Dion kept me informed and did a great job educating me on the things I was not aware of. Two weeks after the process, I called with a follow up and Dion himself came out the next day to correct the issue. I am just amazed at the service we received! I will recommend this company to everyone I know.

Jeff came to give us quote on a water heater replacement, he blew everyone out of the water by half the price and installed it the next day. Richard handled the installation and he was amazing as well, so pleasant and friendly. We recently had a new furnace and central air unit installed and I wish I had contacted Jones heating and air first. I don’t want to think about how much we over paid.

Recently we had an unexpected AC cooling problem at my father-in-laws home. We made an appointment with the understanding that it would be a couple of days or so due to the high demand and recent heat wave. Jeff called the very next day - he was in the neighborhood and could help us in 15 minutes! The problem was straight forward and he had cool air flowing in a short time. The integrity and honestly that he works with is amazing -if you have a HVAC need for your home call Jones - you won't be disappointed!

Our furnace stopped working early morning on Thursday. My husband did what he could to fix the issue and nothing he was able to do worked. We started calling around for a tech to come look at our furnace and knew we needed an expert to fix or diagnose the issue. A few techs from 911 Pluming Heating and Air came out and told us that the issue was that we needed a new motherboard. We were told our furnace was still under warranty, but they "claimed they called Johnstone and was told they no longer make our motherboard or had it, so our warranty was USELESS"

Just as me and my husband were getting a quote from the techs with 911, Jeff with Jones Heating and Air called and told me not to trust them as there are so many of these companies being dishonest and cheat so many homeowners out of money to make profit off us. I sent the model number and etc to Jeff with Jones Heating and he immediately called Johnstone. Jeff called me right back and told me that Johnstone had our motherboard and 911 lied to us. I was so pissed that 911 lied to us and can be so deceptive as so many residents in my community use these guys and swear that they are great and etc. Its even more disheartening that there is a current article on ksl in regards to the lawsuit against Action Plumbing. We really gotta keep our heads on a swivel out these with all the scams.

Come to find out the issue was not the motherboard after all and it was just some kind of wiring harness. Our heat is back on and want to express my gratitude to Jeff Durfey and Lamar for coming out and just want to say that Jeff saved us a TON of money. We almost forked out $1300 or more for this issue. I'm so grateful to God for blessing us with that phone call from Jeff. That call came with impeccable timing. I highly recommend Jeff and the guys at Jones. They are the BEST and they won't bs you. These guys are honest and fair.

I recently had a great experience with Jones Heating and Air. I needed my HVAC system serviced urgently, and they were able to accommodate me within an hour of my call. Jeff was professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly. I was impressed with their efficiency and the quality of their service. I recommend Jones Heating and Air to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Our heater went early Thanksgiving morning. We called several places, and they were charging over $300 just to come out or couldn't come until the next day. Thankfully, we called Jones, hoping they were open. They were able to be at our house within 30 minutes and charged a reasonable amount to come out on a holiday. The charge also went towards the cost of fixing the issue. They weren't able to fix it Thanksgiving morning due to needing a part, and all supply stores were closed due to the holiday. They left us with some space heaters to make sure we stayed warm until they could come back with the part the next day. They called early the next morning, came over, and fixed the issue quickly. After everything, they were very transparent about the cost of the repair and ensured we agreed to everything before we were charged. In the end, our heater is working perfectly and we were charged a reasonable amount, especially when you factor in the holiday. If we have any issues with our HVAC in the future, we plan on calling Jones first and will recommend them to family and friends as well.

As a first time homeowner, trying to navigate all the new responsibility and inner workings that come with a house is very challenging.

I noticed my vents making a clanking noise loud enough to wake me up at night and in the mornings, so I called Jones Heating & Air Conditioning to ask about it. Jeff was sent to me same day luckily, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He even went a step above and helped show me how to replace my furnace filter and educated me about my system! About an hour of hard work and good conversation later - my issue is resolved, I feel confident about how to take care of my furnace, and I know exactly who I will be reaching out to in the future for all my related needs.

I was able to make a same day appointment when the furnace wasn't working. The technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. He checked our two additional furnaces while he was here so that we could rest easy that the same problem would not occur with one of them.
