Honest, fair, and quality work -- I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

I called Jones when our HVAC fan went out. Lamar -- a no-nonsense, very experienced guy -- took apart the system and immediately knew what was wrong. Had to order a new part and had it back up and running in a few days.

As our this very old HVAC unit presented other issues, Jeff (another super helpful and friendly tech) helped us patch it up. Jeff takes the time to explain what's going on, what the options are, and does not pressure -- he honestly just wants his customers to be happy.

Eventually, it got to the point where we either needed to get another new part or just bite the bullet and replace the old furnace itself. When we decided to do the latter and learned that it would take 2 days to get the new furnace out here, Jeff volunteered to just put a functioning replacement part into the unit in the meantime so our kids wouldn't have to sleep in a cold house (December) while we waited for the new furnace. Just awesome.

Rob and Stry did a great job installing the new furnace unit and we're really happy. Also, when we discovered that we didn't have hot water the evening after the furnace replacement, Jeff talked me through a diagnosis and solution (it ended up just being a matter of starting the pilot light again).

Again, highly recommend these guys!

When I called, I was asking to have a technician to come out and check our furnace in order to put us on their schedule. We have a relatively small window of time in which to get the repair performed. When Jeff arrived, he came with the motor needed for our old furnace and got us up and running.

Received excellent service. My furnace/ heat went out. The two service guys arrived quickly and we're super knowledgeable and friendly. They fixed the problem, explained the issue and provided great maintenance information. Furnace is running great. JONES HEATING is a topnotch operation!

Jones installed 2 furnaces and an AC at my home in November 2024. Dion worked with me for specification, pricing and project management. The crew onsite was really, really great! They were fast, friendly, clean and performed a quality install. Overall, I would with no hesitation, recommend Jones Heating & AC for your project.

I can't say enough great things about Jeff the tech that came out. He was on time and very knowledgeable. He walked me through my repair and explained everything I needed to know on my new thermostat. Jeff is a great tech and I look forward to using Jones Heating and Air Conditioning in the future. Called Jeff late afternoon. He was at my place the next morning. He diagnosed and explained thoroughly the problem as well as possible solutions. The option I chose was taken care of in a very professional, and timely manner. Their employees are extremely efficient and courteous. Upon completion of the project, Dion Jones went over, in detail, all of the work which had been accomplished. I highly recommend this company, Jeff, and Dion.

I have many reasons to recommend Jones heating and air. Jones was recommended to me by a trusted business colleague who knew that industry from the inside. Dion handled the measurements and price quote himself. The price included a military discount which we appreciated greatly. Now, something Dion Jones does not know, but after I got his quote, I got quotes from other companies. One competing quote was literally twice as high as Jones. The install was handled efficiently and cleanly. It was a one day install, clean and efficient. My unit is performing marvelously. It will pay for itself in energy savings on my power bill. I highly recommend Jones heating and air.

Just like everyone else, I waited until the first big storm to turn on my heater and discover it was flagging. Jeff and Lamar got to me promptly and fixed the heater in about 15 minutes with a new capacitor. He could have easily sold me a new motor - honest business! Great work.

I have always felt I can get a good feel for the character and quality of a person. When I called Just Right to come out and look at my AC, they told me it was in rough shape and quoted me a $800 fix for two parts. I could tell even talking with their service guy that something was off. When I found Jones Heating and Air and spoke with Jeff on the phone to get a second opinion, I knew immediately he is a stand up guy who is honest, has integrity, and stands by his work. When he came by to look at my AC unit, it confirmed everything I felt. He was honest about what he was seeing, he educated me on how my system works and how to maintain it, and made me feel like my time was well spent. It turns out our unit is in great shape, parts weren’t needed, and Just Right wanted to scare us into an unnecessary large purchase. This was even after I had told their tech we just got home from the hospital with our firstborn, which makes wanting to rip us off feel that much more disgusting. Thanks for saving us, Jeff!

It feels like a dying breed at times, finding an honest and knowledgeable technician. But Jeff is one of the good ones! He has a life long costumer in us.

I’ve been using Jones heating and air conditining since 2006. I’ve referred them to multiple clients, friends and family members. They have installed full HVAC in 2 houses I’ve owned as well as helped me with several small projects vent moves etc. Always reasonable and fair in their pricing and always dependable. I will never use anyone else. Dion and his crew are the best!

Honest company, precise and quick with the repair. They were thorough, gave me my options and the price before fixing my AC. The only issue I had was they added a "diagnostic" fee for figuring out the problem at 89.00... Which only took 10-15 minutes...Then charged the labor it took to fix it on top of that. I think if they're fixing something and charging for labor I shouldn't get a separate fee for them to diagnose the problem. But that was my only issue!

They were very professional and responsive - came out the day I called and provided me with a bid. Very thorough. Installation of new furnace and AC was complicated and they worked through all the issues. I recommend them highly.

I understand that select comfort has had a experiences with my landlord that were not so pleasant, but this was no excuse for the receptionist to treat me the way she did. Tanya seems to overstep her role as a front desk personnel and can get quite pushy with a customer. 1) she didn't schedule our first appointment because she assumed we wouldn't pay the $72 charge 2) I rescheduled for the following day at noon, I got a phone call at 8:30 the morning of from Tanya telling me that a technician would be at my house in a few minutes. I scheduled my day around this noon appt and 8:30 was an unrealistic time for me, but she told me that there was nothing that could be done and that was the only time that the tech could get out to me. After arguing back and forth she finally sided with the customer and allowed me to have the noon appt like I had scheduled the day before. Jeremy our technician was great and had our ac working in a Jiffy! I give his service a 10

Walter is the most professional boiler technician I've ever met. He diagnosed my home boiler problem quickly and performed the repair in a timely manner. I recommend Walter, and Select Comfort Systems, without reservation.

Very affordable and peace of mind. Brodie, a Select Comfort technician checked out my furnace before the winter season. He was thorough, friendly and made sure my old furnace was functioning properly. Highly recommend Select Comfort.

Our property management company "winterizes" the house every winter, and turning the system back on they encountered issues. Eventually this led to them sending out Brody with Select Comfort.

Could not possibly have been a better experience. Brody is an awesome guy, quickly figured out the problem and explained to me what was going on. I really appreciated that, as I could tell he is good at adapting to the individual he's working with. I am technical, he recognized that and I learned even more how the condenser works.

His troubleshooting approach nailed the problem within a few minutes of arriving. The housing place removed all of the fuses to the system, yet they couldn't figure out how to get it back on-line.

We also greatly appreciated his text notifications, explaining he was on way back from Park City and his ETA. \m/

Don and Jose did a fantastic job installing our AC, steam humidifier and air purification system. After they were done they cleaned the area so well, no one would have known they were even here, let alone, for 2 full days. They are now my go-to-guys for future maintenance and service.
