Our A/C unit was not working this past weekend. I made one call to Select Comfort Systems and within two hours same-day Holden was at our door. He was able to diagnose the issue in no time and correct the problem all under an hour. The guy was a rock star! Select Comfort Systems is amazing with fantastic employees.

I cannot recommend these folks enough. From scheduling to project completion, I always feel taken care of. They are my go-to for anything HVAC. I called to get service on my central heating system which had died during the night. A lovely lady named Lisa answered. She was able to get the service tech Walter to my house within 4 hours. Walter called before he came as promised. He barely opened my furnace when he saw the problem. He had it fixed in mere minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable and did not try to sell me any parts that I didn't need. He cleaned the dirty part that was causing my problem. This is an honest, highly competent company and I will be using them from now on.

I have used this company for many years for furnace and boiler repairs for several of my rental properties. They have always been very friendly.
On 1-9-2019 Walter came out to repair a very noisy zone boiler pump at one of my properties. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even had the needed part on his truck, so he was able to make the repair very quickly on the same visit.

Holden is an amazing! He came within an hour since I was without ac in this Utah heat wave with two little babies trying to sleep in a 90’ house!
While working on my ac he mentioned that I also should consider a new water heater since it is over 15 years old and showing signs of leakage and damage.
Not a week later the water heater goes out causing a flood and again, someone arrived within an hour!

I've used Walter at Select Comfort Systems twice now. I'm extremely impressed. The first time I had asked if they had anyone who might know how to work on Alpine fireplaces. Walter had some experience. We were going to sell the house so he got the one upstairs working and I had one that had never been hooked up downstairs he got it totally hooked up and running!

The second job was at one of my rentals. The furnace had stopped working and it was well below freezing outside. Of course the tenants had waited quite a while to tell me about it. So I asked for an after-hours service call and met him there. Now Walter discovered quickly that the problem was a flame sensor and after remedying that went on to do a complete disassembly of the gas valve/pipe supply, jets assembly. After completely brushing those out he serviced a spinning assembly up high in the cabinet that was dirty and noisy. Walter then wetted a rag and did a complete wipe down of the interior of the cabinet as well!

While many companies would just take the minimum service call money for coming out and cleaning or changing the part, Walter filled the hour servicing everything he could on the machine!!! Talk about value!

We had our AC and furnace replaced. Upgraded as well.
Install team showed up on time and finished the job in one day. They put protective cloths on the carpet and did a wonderful clean up when they were finished. Also hauled away the old furnace and AC equipment, I would definitely do business with this company again, will recommend them to family and friends.

They installed a Fujitsu 3 Ton Ductless Split System with Four Heads. The installation was done in days. They were highly recommended by others in the Three Kings Condo Community (near Park City Mountain Resort). I would use them again and recommend them to others!

Select Comfort Systems have been in charge of our heating and air since 2011. They are a fantastic company. Their technicians are great and are really knowledgeable folks, who don't hesitate to come back if an issue is not resolved completely correctly. They have been invaluable in keeping our tricky zonal system working well.

When our furnace and air conditioning went out last August I got bids from several companies and chose to go with Select Comfort Systems. I was impressed by the representative Jason that they sent out who answered all questions, helped me figure out the best equipment for our budget using the rebates available. They were able to install enough to get the A/C working quickly which was surprising because they were extremely busy since there was a heat wave going on. Great technicians and fantastic service all around. I especially appreciated Lisa in the office who helped me with all my rebates, long after the installation was completed and paid for. I would highly recommend this company for their wonderful service and making the entire process easier for us.

This HVAC company is a little gem. If you have a boiler, these are the folks that should be taking care of it. Walter and Holden have over 50 years of combined experience yet still are enthusiastic about their work. I learn a ton every time they come to service. Knowledgeable, friendly, they keep my system in tip-top shape. A lot of companies SAY they understand boilers - these guys really do. Wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Our old furnace decided die over the weekend and Select Comfort was able to show up first thing Monday morning to replace it with a brand new, efficient and quiet furnace and heat pump. They were professional and friendly!! 10 out of 10, I highly recommend!!
