I had my water heater quoted and replaced all in the same day by Yes Plumbing, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Michael Rix was extremely informative and took the time to thoughtfully answer all of my questions. He gave me his professional recommendation, but also laid out several other options with clear pros and cons so I could make an informed decision.

After reviewing the pricing, I ended up going with his suggestion and couldn’t be happier. The fact that they were able to install the new unit the same day was an unexpected bonus. Both my wife and I work from home, and the team was very considerate of that—giving us a heads-up any time it was going to get noisy.

I definitely recommend Yes Plumbing, and would not hesitate to use them again!

Kayden was professional and helped me understand what is needed to replace and upgrade my panel. If I replace it now, I want Kayden to do the job.

I called these guys to come out and clean my coils. Ty the guy they sent out showed up said he left his equipment at his last customers house. Charge me $69.00 to change a filter. Didn’t do the 21 point inspection that was promised on the phone when I made the appointment. Do Not use this company same Day appointments are more I even suggested that he went and got his equipment he said no I will get it tomorrow. So I feel like I got scammed by this Company. Be careful using this company.STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE THAT I WAS PROMISED ITS BEEN 6 MONTHS AND IM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND OF $69 dollars!!!!!

I had a great experience with Jake Granberry from YES! Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electric. He came over to my home, clearly explained everything that needed to be done, and made sure I fully understood my options. He was very friendly, professional, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. I really appreciated how approachable he was and how he took the time to answer my questions without rushing. Overall, Jake made the whole experience stress-free, and I’d highly recommend him and the YES! team!

Kayden came out and did a thorough diagnostic of my electrical system which was actually pretty hazardous. He was patient, walked my through every option for work and which things were most critical along with several payment plans. Very polite and respectful.

Nic came out last minute when our water heater broke and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, gave us a fair and reasonable price, and got the job done in a timely manner. We really appreciated his professionalism and quick response. Highly recommend!

I had a new furnace and water heater installed in 2024. Now in 2025, when it came time for a simple filter replacement and tune-up, they’ve canceled on me last minute twice.

On top of that, they send you texts, like a child telling you the appointment was canceled, and then you have to call back to reschedule.

I am a contractor working with a client that just told me that this company charged her two thousand dollars to hook up her kitchen sink , and she provided the faucet. She showed me the invoice..... Are you kidding me guys?!!! If this is a part of their normal business practice , do yourself a favor and call someone else!! What a disservice.

These guys were great! Courteous,respectful of our home and answered all of our concerns and questions. Replacement of our furnace and AC all within 24hrs. Awesome, could not be more grateful. Thx Todd and all your colleagues

I can’t recommend YES! Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing highly enough; they’ve become my absolute go-to.
A few weeks ago they came out for a full furnace and central AC cleaning/tune-up before winter. The tech was on time, super thorough, explained everything he was doing, changed filters, cleaned years of dust out of the blower, and got both systems running quieter and more efficiently than they have in forever. He even caught a small issue with the blower motor before it became a big problem; saved me a ton of headache.

Went to Home Depot to purchase some items and a young fellow approached me stating they were giving Tune Ups for $30.00 per unit. With such a great deal I said come on over. I generally have Just Right Heating and Air come over for $280.00 so this was a steal. Or so I thought. The two young men came over and immediately started claiming there were issues with my A/C and Furnace. Mind you I get these serviced each year and the units are 6 years old. They brought me a quote of $2,900.00 and I told them this wasn’t the purpose of their visit. Hence to say $60.00 out and disappointed that no tune up was made. I plan to contact them but this kind of business practice is done all too often. I rarely give bad reviews. I believe this may be my first.

Update. I called to see if we could find a solution and no one has called me back. Don’t do business with these people. They come out only to upsell you essentially the cost of the unit itself.

Install went fast, but the professionalism was lacking. They left a huge mess, hit my walls, dropped multiple tools on the floor with no protection, had to borrow my extension cord, left garbage trash and their extension cord, was watching football on their phone while doing the install, the partner showed up late, and when I complained to Lowes, they have ghosted me. I also reached out to their salesperson of the issues, no response. I would not recommend them for the price. Also let screws and sheet metal in my driveway where they parked, jeopardizing the tires of my vehicles

Avoid this company. They are overpriced, dishonest, and use fear-based, high-pressure tactics to upsell unnecessary work. They caused minor damage to my home and left the work area messy. After a second basement flood, I hired a different plumbing company, who reviewed the original invoice and confirmed I was charged for work that was not performed, including “rebuilding the bottom of a sewer stack with new ABS piping and installing a functional clean-out.” There are far better plumbing companies that are honest, professional, and easier to work with. Look at their Yelp reviews to get a better understanding of who this company is.

I think your company provides great customer service and a prompt response. I completely agree with the $69.00 service call fee, but charging $600.00 to snake an upstairs bathroom sink is unreasonable. Unfortunately, I would not feel comfortable referring a family member or neighbor based on this experience. I respectfully declined the service.

I had Kayden come in today to give me a quote for my electrical project in my kitchen. He was very nice and professional and he helped me through all of my questions. The one thing that stood out to me the most was after I got done explaining to him what it was that I was looking to get done he said "Is there anything else I can do for you?" And the reason that stuck out to me was because it kept the conversation open-ended feeling like he was willing to do more than just what I had originally explained. I didn't feel just like a paycheck to him. I felt seen & heard. And at no point did he ever make me feel "dumb" because I'm a woman, like many men do when they're in a field primarily made up of men.

Called yes plumbing last week had an emergency, My shower was backed up and I just needed my drain cleared. Plumber came out after hours. I was completely fine with paying additional fees due to it being after hours wasn’t able to clean the drain and stated he needed a second opinion because of how old my home is. Came back Friday during the day my husband had to take the day off of work and still wasn’t able to clear my drain. They said that they would have to charge me demolition and have to cut Into my drywall to be able to get to the pipe, even though there was an access point in my bathroom. Informed us that we should contact our insurance agency because the original quote of $500 wasn’t going to and it was going to be a lot more. After telling him thank you we removed our vanity accessed the pipes and snaked it ourselves savings ourselves, thousands of dollars because the gentleman that came didn’t wanna work. They were very negative and gave us all reasons why it wasn’t going to work versus a solution. Very unsatisfied will never go through again do not recommend
