We used Perform Heating and Cooling to install a couple of air purifiers and whole home humidifiers on both of our furnaces. They were fast, clean, and very friendly. They were very reasonably priced and I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again for any hvac needs.

Perform was quick to respond to my furnace issue and make the necessary repairs to get it working again quickly. Very competitive in pricing. I would recommend them and have used them for years.

They installed a new air conditioner in my older 1977 house. First time it had one. It doesn't work well because some days its 80 °. I've had to call them back several times but they can't figure it out. They blame my house air flow and think I should clean my ducts. They suggest I open all vents, doors, and keep my returns clear. Pretty inconvenient because I closed them all in the winter to save money and energy. Can't wait to see my bill because I'm cooling the entire house whether I go into those areas or not. My sister has a house the same age with the same design but she has no problems although her air flow is horrible. Right now it works well enough for me but I feel I wasted my money. Had confidence in the company because the owner is a great guy that cares but I guess I'll have to live with a poor solution.

We’ve used this company for several years. They have always responded to our needs quickly. They have installed a new central air system and recently a new furnace. You can’t beat their price anywhere. But don’t let that fool you, they are highly qualified and professional. I highly recommend them.

Very helpful!! Highly recommend this company! They were able to do diagnosis and repair within 30 min. We live a long way from them, so they have us a 2hr arrival window initially, but gave an update during that with more exact time and were really close to that update.

The service man that came out was very efficient, polite, and careful to get the information needed. We have been very happy with furnace and AC they installed a couple of years ago. We were pleased to know they do water heaters, but, because of time constraints we could not get the water heater from them.

I called these guys to get a second opinion after I was told I needed a whole new furnace and AC unit. I can't express enough how satisfied i am with Thomas Brothers Heating & AC Contractor! Recently, my heat pump started blowing cold air. My home warranty company had dispatched three different hvac companies to my house to sort out the problem. Every company that came from the home warranty service misdiagnosed the issue and sold me various parts to 'solve' the issue. However, the problem kept coming back. After being given the run-around by each of these hvac companies, a friend referred me to Thomas Brothers Heating & AC Contractor. They arrived promptly and robert, their technician, was polite and professional. In less than 10 mins of being in my house in West Valley City, they correctly identified the issue (a leak that none of the previous 3 companies had bothered to check) and promptly patched the leak. These guys are your go-to for any hvac issues!

The team at Thomas Brothers Heating & AC Contractor just finished a complex installation of Mitsubishi mini splits and heat pumps in my place. My home doesn't have a basement and there's limited crawl space in the ceilings. They managed to wrap up the work in just a little over two days! Wyatt, Robert, and Calvin were all on the job, working without pause. They were so polite and professional, and were always on time as promised. Wyatt and Calvin did an outstanding job of installing a Rennai tankless water heater for Thomas Brothers Heating & AC Contractor. Robert was equally excellent in performing system diagnostics. These technicians are extremely proficient and professional. The scheduling process went without a hitch, and the updates about who was coming and when were excellent. Wyatt came back to upgrade the gas line to meet code requirements and did a top-notch job. Robert evaluated the system and collaborated with the inspector to devise a plan for the gas line upgrade, resulting in a smooth inspection that met all code requirements. On a separate occasion, Wyatt quickly identified an issue with the heating system and made an immediate repair. The response of the team was speedy and cost-effective. In another incident, Calvin successfully diagnosed and fixed a vibrating knock in our plumbing system. Previous attempts to rectify this with surge tanks and reduced water pressure had not solved the problem. It was actually caused by the recirculating valve in our newly installed tankless water heater, which Calvin removed with our consent, and the problem vanished. Calvin is an exceptional problem solver.

Wyatt and Robert from a heater repair service were the most proficient, informed, and supportive technicians we've ever had to fix our heating system. When we encountered issues with our upper floor heater, they promptly arrived to inspect it. They provided a comprehensive explanation of the problem (even used illustrations!) and collaborated with us to keep the cost as low as possible.
