Kayden and Adam were the best guys to have when things feel stressful like this, needing any home repairs. Kayden was totally fine answering all my questions and helping me understand my situation better. Even answered my long standing questions about other parts of my home while there! I learned a lot about my home. He did a great job making my home a safe place and is going to help arrange some other needed services faster so I can be completely all set and comfortable. I enjoyed them so much I want them back under less dire circumstances! I bought a PM plan with them!

I wanted to add that I have seen had Elijah and Mark to do my PM contract and am so glad I did! Excellent work! They were extremely helpful and I felt like any worries I had were checked out or solved!

Had Kayden back for an electric Panel upgrade and then again for thermostats. Man he puts my mind at ease! I feel so much better and my home is now updated and refreshed. He helps answer any and all issues and even assisted me with the thermostats setup!

Our shower suddenly stopped working and we got an initial quote with another company that was shockingly high just to fix the shower (which would have included cutting a large hole into our tile wall of the shower) and additional thousands of dollars to fix a ton of other things around the house that "needed to be done immediately." Logan came in and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it same day without cutting any holes into our walls. He did a look around at other plumbing areas in our home and was completely honest and transparent about the genuine issues that need work and honest about the timeframe they need to be done and the risks associated with waiting. We saved so much money and so much stress. Logan is incredibly skilled and his integrity says A LOT about who the company is and who they employ. We will never be going to any other company and will be lifelong customers of Yes Plumbing/HVAC for all of the many other things we need fixed. THANK YOU SO MUCH LOGAN!!!!! We cannot express how much we appreciate you!!!

Predatory pricing. My quess is this is a private equity conglomerate! I called YES! to do a simple clogged drain snake for my tenants kitchen sink after seeing a $79 coupon. The tech arrived and was quoting $650 for snake and +$1000 for jetting without even doing any investigative work. The tech was able to provide some wiggle room (and I did mention the add) but was still very much over some of the other quotes that we quickly scrambled to get ($200-$300 for weekend snaking. with an additional $150-200 for jetting).

Look up a local mom and pop shop, find a good one, and keep them coming back. Support local small businesses. I used to live here and would do the simple snake myself.

Unfortunately YES! wasted our time and the technicians along with travel.

We had to do a diagnostic, which Jake helped us with! It was exactly what we thought, we needed new appliances! Jake was extremely helpful and easy to get along with! He had to refer us to Justin who came same day and helped with out with our measure and appliance selection and finance! Our install occurred the very next day and was up and running perfectly!!

We are two time Yes! Customers for different properties and have had wonderful experiences each time!!

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!! They rescheduled 3 times and still wanted me to reschedule a 4th time! Just got off the phone with the receptionist and she's saying it was only twice. That is a LIE. The first time was early December and THEY scheduled it for Thursday the same week. On that Thursday they called and rescheduled for the following Thursday. The next Wednesday they called and had to reschedule again changed it to January 6th, yesterday. They contacted me in the morning and afternoon to confirm. Less than 5 minutes from me arriving at my house to meet the tech, within 5 minutes of when I told him I would be there, he calls me and tells me he has to leave and we rescheduled AGAIN for today, January 7th. He said more than likely he would be the one that would do the work. I received a confirmation email late last night, on the 6th, confirming the appointment. So I reorganized my life AGAIN. Today... NO calls, NO updates... NOTHING!! I texted the guy no response at all... so I call the number on the confirmation emailS. The lady that answered took forever to check with "dispatch" only to tell me that they would need to reschedule me for a FOURTH TIME!!! I went through my phone records and emails just to make sure I wasn't mistaken. Nope! Just people that don't keep their word! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I would recommend this business to anyone looking to replace their furnace and AC. Keith did the assessment and Aaron and Jake came the very next day to switch it out. They were all very friendly and great at their job. It was impressive how quickly they completed the job and at a price point that more than exceeded my expectations.

Kris Christensen technician was very thorough explained a lot to me about my two ac systems in my own home. Even as a master electrician and electrical contractor myself, I learned things myself from him. Very happy will refer to many more of my clients asking for ac/heat work.

We called late Sunday night. They were one of the only companies to actually respond. We were very happy with the next day availability, and the text to keep us updated to their arrival time. Kris was friendly, and quickly had our AC up and running again. Very pleased with all of this service.

Wasn’t sure what was going on with my furnace. Called Perform Heating and cooling. Same day appointment. I have the responsibility of taking care of my home by myself. Liam was very professional, kind understanding, and full of knowledge that he shared with me of the upkeep of my furnace in the future and what filters to buy. Highly recommend.

I have been a Perform Heating and Cooling client for almost 10 years. Ken, who started the business, is an amazing man. He helped me one Christmas Eve when the heater went out, and I had 2 babies at home. He came over after church and fixed my heater that day. He has always been so honest and ethical. The new crew appears to be just as amazing and easy to work with.

I called because our furnace stopped working and it was single digit temperatures outside. Spencer, on the phone, was very responsive, and then Kris came to our home right away. He was very personable, professional, and informative, and did a great job in analyzing the problem and fixing it. He answered all of my questions, including with a phone call after he left. I'm truly impressed. They did a great job; truly living up to their motto of "Fast, Affordable Service. With a Smile." I'll definitely will be using this company again.

I just had my furnace replaced by Perform Heating and Cooling. They gave me a very reasonable bid and completed the install in half a day. Good communication and friendly technicians. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a furnace or AC repair or replacement.

Matt was very helpful in explaining how the newly installed units worked and how to change our filter. The guys are very professional and clean workers. Happy with our new furnace and ac. Our service tech was very curtious, punctual and profesional. he spent a large amount of time looking at our old furnace to ensure it wouldn't kill us when it gets cold outside. They also gave us another CO detector, to give us peace of mind while we run the furnace. It's this type of treatment that makes this company stand out from the rest.

I would give them a 10 if that were possible. Furnace went out. They got to us the very same day and gave us several options. Taylor was super knowledgeable, professional, and patient.. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Kris was my service guy and he went above and beyond! my furnace is 26 years old and he did what he had to do to keep it going in good order and he didn’t leave until he felt like everything was to his satisfaction. That means a lot to a customer. I will call him again. I have called Perform for several years!! And I have successfully referred them to a few people needing honest and thorough opinions and service!
He even checked to make sure the thermostat was working and had fresh batteries in it. Can’t say enough about this technician! And don’t forget Matt… he is awesome, and helped the installation of both units go smoothly

I called at 10:30 am to have them fix my furnace. They were here at 11:00, said I just needed a tune up. He was finished at 11:30. Definitely 5 star customer service! Kris was awesome!

It was great seeing Ken, again. I feel like the cost is still good, but don't recall being the one to provide the filter, in the past (but, then, I'm old and it could just be my memory). It is so good to have a company I feel I can rely on (same address since 1992 and with you most of that time. Addendum, the caring staff at Perform contacted me and answered any and all concerns. I felt very "looked after".
