BRPI is the best plumbing group I have ever worked with! I am the Building Manager for a very large sustainable architecture firm.We use rainwater, greywater systems and a vacuum flush system in our building. These systems require some attention and can have things to wrong quickly. BRPI helps with my problem fast, they know the importance of keeping our system going. They are very responsive and very professional. All their people are very friendly and have no problem helping with anything you need. These guys will be our preferred plumber moving forward, and that’s saying a lot since we are architects and work with all kinds of sub contractors.

I was having terrible knocking noises coming from my water heater. Called BRPI and they came out next day. Long story short, I needed a new water heater. Ryan came out and was awesome. Switched it out for me and even moved a gas line that was in an awkward spot. I highly recommend BRPI if you’re looking for a company that’s fair and has amazing customer service!

Ryan installed our water softener along with a couple other things that needed to get done (PRV, expansion tank). He took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. BRPI is reasonably priced and their estimate came in much lower than the other 2 that I received. They are honest and trustworthy and I will absolutely use them again.

BRPI was refreshingly different when it comes to experiences with plumbers. (We live in a more than 60-year-old house, a quirky one, and have run into a bunch of issues with plumbing over the years.) We’ve had mixed experiences with other plumbers, but all have fallen short of what we hoped, in at least some ways—until we dealt with BRPI.

BRPI arranged to come on a time and day that worked for us, being far more flexible than other plumbers have been. The quote for the job was clear, and before work was done, it was explained what would be done.

The plumber who first came listened to us about the nature of the problem, what our concerns were, and what we most needed. Then he set to work doing everything he could to solve the problem. He did not give up easily. When it became clear that he could not fix it alone, he was up front about what he suspected the underlying problem to be (and he was correct). He explained what would need to be done, and was up front about the likely cost, including needing a technician to come with him to assist.

Although the plumber could not return right away, BRPI again was great to arrange a date and time that worked with us. The office staff was professional, competent, and friendly.

When the plumber returned and brought the technician, both were professional. Just as importantly, they listened to our concerns and went the extra mile with a couple of special requests we had that I don’t think most plumbers would have done. Both men were friendly and both had a hard-working, great attitude. We felt we were in good hands. They showed us the pipe after replacing it, and we could see that the pipe was *almost* entirely blocked. Resolving this took extra time and work, and they were upfront about the extended work and the cost. They thoroughly cleaned up after they finished.

No one ever tried to upsell us on services, as other companies seem prone to do. BRPI simply did what we asked, and what we needed. As for the cost (considering the value of the work), it seemed more reasonable than other plumbers we’ve used.

We felt heard and—when the job was done—we saw that we had been heard. From beginning to end, BRPI was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, giving us all-around terrific customer service. With a somewhat-older house like ours, we will inevitably need more plumbing help, and we plan to use BRPI from now on. We trust them, and will recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

Our pool plumbing had a minor circulation issue that was affecting water flow. They inspected the pump lines and identified a partial blockage. After cleaning and testing, the system started running more consistently again.
