I recently bought a house with about 2 dozen critical, out-of-Code electrical issues. After the general inspector initially noticed several, I hired Total Power Electric to correct them and they found many more. Thaxter walked me through every issue and explained the appropriate solution to each one. After the job was done he walked me through again and showed me the fixes. All the work was crisp, clean, and flawless. The team cleaned up after themselves and hustled to get the job done. I still have lots of worries but where my family sleeps at night is not one of them. Electricity is the HEART of the Home! We had a water leak that damaged our 30 year old panel. It is also a Steel Frames house. I wanted to add an additional outside access for a generator for our camper. I also have a special need son that needs daily machine treatments and I couldn’t have the power off after 7pm. He went to several locations to get the right parts. He drilled through a steel beam to thread new lines and access for generator. He had the inspector come out and everything was replaced and power back on before 7:00pm. I had a lot of questions and concerns and he explained everything calmly and took the time to listen to my needs. I have never experienced this level of knowledge or professionalism when
hiring an electrician before. We will be doing all my work going forward! Highly Recommend!!

Had Johnny B do a complete rewire of an older home. Very professional!!! Did a quality job. All city inspections were done with no issues. Definitely a great contractor to deal with. Office personnel were also very nice.

Most amazing people I have met in a long time I needed a meter box cover called Xpress electric he was out there within 30 minutes a meter box lid in an hour didn’t charge me at all they are absolutely amazing people and I will be using them from now on for all my electrical needs....I can’t give them enough stars

A one star is being generous. An electrical line quit feeding from an outlet to an electric security gate for my drive way. I called on Thursday and team was sent out that day. After trouble shooting and replacing the GFI outlet (which I supplied) they were paid $180.00 and left. The elctrical line worked two days and was dead again. I called Express Electric on Monday and was told the crew would be sent out that morning...no show. I called again Thursday morning and was promised service that day...no show. I called again on Friday and was promised service and would be the second call to be routed Friday morning...no show. It is bad enough that I can not access my driveway or garage with the electric security gate, but the fact that I was straight up lied to three times and wasted three full days waiting for service is inexcusable. Never do business with a company that lies to you.

They were hiring by my general contractor to help with a buildout. There were so many electrical issues that after we opened we had to hire another electrician to fix their issues. There was one spot we needed a new outlet. They put one in. It has no power to it. The head electrician multiple times would show up, walk through the building and leave. At least 10 times I saw him do that. Never actually worked on anything. Pretty sure it was so he could charge a callout fee.
