Really knowledgeable and friendly company. Highly recommend for any sales or service of your equipment

Was told it would take one hour at the most and at the end of two hours he blamed the wind, the pressure regulator and everything else and nothing was found. It cost $600 and I could have had it all dug up for $500.

I started a utility location company and after a terrible online purchase experience I turned to AZ Locators and was equipped in one day. Their knowledge of the equipment and trade stands out. Thank you guys for all your help

Brian & Jon are very knowledgeable when it comes to the locating industry. Whether you need equipment, repairs, or training, I would highly recommend them.

We had a training class with this company and they were very impressive. Their attention to detail in explaining the locator and it’s functions was fantastic as well as their hands on approach going outside in our real world environment really helped in understanding it’s functions. Brian and Jonathan are excellent at what they do and their understanding of their products. Highly recommend them for purchasing equipment and training.

Wonderful company. Grant (the owner) was great to work with! They were efficient, fast and very professional. I would highly recommend them. We are a non profit that rescues animals and then provides veterinary care and adoption for them.
We also provide equine therapy to disabled veterans and special needs children.
Grant was kind enough to donate half a day of his time to our sanctuary.

Wow, this guy is good! Grant from "Know Before You Dig" came out to my rural property near Decatur to mark buried electrical lines before I started to build a barn at one location and before I dug at another. He marked lines at both locations, and also notified me of the depth of each line. His impressive (truckload) of equipment was top notch, and his rates were below market.
As we chatted for a while, I learned that he has over 35 years of experience not only locating lines, but training other line locators as well.
I would recommend him and his company without reservation.

Grant was awesome! We are planning to plant a tree and needed help finding our gas line in our backyard. We had called 811 prior to Grant coming to the house. I only needed him to find my gas line but he checked everything for us. We are thankful we did because 811 was up to 18” off in some places. Highly recommend!!!

Grant was awesome. He helped us navigate 80 years of utility lines around our home. Our yard had an underground web of gas, electrical, cable, phone, and water lines. His experience and expertise helped us prepare our home and make safe sound changes for the next 80 years. Thank you so much.

ABOVE & BEYOND. We had spent a long afternoon searching for a clean out and at 8pm at night, our plumber said we would need a line locator. I immediately searched google for a local line locator & called Know Before You Dig. Grant answered and I provided him the information I was given. He left his dinner table and sacrificed his dessert to come help us locate the line/cleanout. He arrived promptly and pulled out his state of the art equipment and located where the cleanout was buried in minutes. He is extremely kind and knowledgeable. As he was driving away from our house, the cleanout was located in a brief dig! I shared his contact info with all of our friends and neighbors in case they ever need an honest, thorough locator who exceeds all service expectations. We highly recommend Grant to anyone, even our grandparents. Thank you so much sir! We hope you got to enjoy your dessert after all.
