Apex was quick to respond to my questions and very reasonably priced. My main line replacement was not an emergency. I was able to do research and get several quotes. A couple of them came in at almost double the quote I received from Apex. The crew that did the work and everyone in the office were good to work with.

I'm not sure what's with the negative reviews. I do fix and flips and had Apex repair our sewer after getting rave reviews from multiple Realtors and other flippers. We needed the repair done quickly and cost was a big concern because this was unexpected expense. Apex had the best estimate and offered services the other companies didn't offer. The work was completed quickly and passed the city's inspection with flying colors. Apex restores the landscape as well, which wasn't offered by the other companies we contacted. Best of all the work came with a 5 year transferrable warranty.

I couldn't be happier.

APEX performed a thorough scope of the entire sewer line and recommended replacement with the trenchless bursting method. A different company previously told me they would have to trench the entire 60 foot line, 10 feet deep which would have destroyed my landscaping. I am very glad a got the second opinion from APEX and hired APEX to do the work. APEX did a great job. Very happy.

Apex was the second plumber we had come out to give us a quote for replacing our main drain out to the sewer line. It involved hand-digging a 50 foot or so trench and working with the city to get a variance to pipe burst the last 20 feet to save two large, old trees. They did everything, they were responsive and meticulous, and they were 1/3 the cost of the first estimate. HIGHLY recommend APEX.

We had to have a section of the sewer pipe replaced in our front yard and Apex did a great job! They were on time, friendly and professional! I especially appreciated how they put down plywood to keep the rest if the grass protected. When they were done you could hardly tell that the yard had been dug up!

I am selling my home, and the buyers had a sewer line inspection as part of their buying process. The report noted a crack in the line, and roots growing into the pipe.

Apex Plumbing was referred to me by a friend. They were very fast to reply to my inquiry, and professional throughout. Within a week, they were on-site to make the repairs.

Apex Plumbing repaired a damaged sewer line at our home recently and did a fantastic job. They made the repairs quickly and professionally. Once they left our property we were unable to tell where they had been digging (and they dug a twelve foot deep hole!). We will definitely turn to Apex next time we need any sort of plumbing work completed. A top notch firm with top notch employees!

Had Sewer clean outs replaced in the front yard. The company that put them in 3 years ago did a horrible job all around. Apex were great. Work was done professionally and to code. Minimal landscape disruption. I would recommend them.

Denver used this company to replace my lead pipes in my rental property. They did a great job replacing the pipe, but they gave me the wrong date and left a huge hole in my yard.

They then ghosted me and stop responding and the hole has been left there for 6 months, I ended up having to filling it myself.

In my experience, APEX is the MOST HONEST and excellent plumbing company around ! I recently was given all sorts of expensive estimates from other companies re: extensive repairs/replacement "needed" for my SEWER LINE . Outstanding APEX employee, Jed, recommended (before any digging occurred) an augur and camera procedure by simply wonderful Ken Nesbit, aka "Jake the Snake". The problem was a simple one, requiring no digging or replacement/repairs. APEX saved me thousands of dollars ! I recommend them to anyone looking for a fair and honest assessment and repair of a plumbing problem.

Had a leak from the water service line to my home running under my sidewalk . . . Apex got it fixed quickly, at a reasonable price. Outstanding customer service and responsiveness -- would recommend highly!

Wonderful company to work with! We had to replace a missing chunk of our main line (yes, you read that correctly) which our home inspector “missed” when we purchased a year and a half ago. (HUGE shame on Sewer Optics, do not recommend them whatsoever!) Not only was an entire 4’ of pipe entirely rotted away (which all vendors we vetted out for this job noted that does not happen in 18 mos, it takes years and years) — but to boot, whomever had “installed” the portion of pipe to join with it within our home also never put a fitting/tie on it to connect it with the existing pipe (again, very BAD form by Sewer Optics and their “inspection”).

Charlotte w Apex was so patient and accommodating from the very first frantic phone call, as was Jack who came out to provide a quote. Transparent about what may need to be done, and offered the most honest pricing out of the 6 bids I got. I felt all along the way we would be in very capable, trustworthy hands. This was especially important for such an expensive fix (which is never fun).

The day-of, the crew was on time (early even!). Took wonderful care of the yard to preserve surrounding space. Their crew lead explained everything to me along the way, both inside the home and out (as this missing pipe was right at our foundation!). All were so polite. They lined all parts of the house with plastic to prevent messes in traffic areas; laid boards on the grass to protect from the mini-Ex. Very friendly, efficient and fast.

No one wants to have to encounter a repair like this. I hope we do not need to again soon; bit should the need arise, we will be calling Apex ASAP without hesitation!

No one wants to have work done on their sewer line, but if you need to in the Denver area use Apex. Jack V was the most courteous and professional person I have worked with through a home remodel. Great communication, polite and transparent.

They got all work completed in one day and it was as if it never happened -- highly recommend and give Jack a raise

Jerry Middleton are a superior team for underground plumbing issues. They were actually able to replace my entire main line within 30 hours of our first meeting, having scheduled city inspections and obtained permits during that time. It was not because they had extra staff available, but they took my problem seriously, rearranged their schedules and just plain got it done. I was truly impressed.

Had to completely replace my sewer line out to the city tap. They did a great job at a fair price. Yes, it's expensive but it needed to be done. They gave some options to piece meal the job but I decided just to have the complete sewer line replaced and be done with it. They had a great crew with good equipment and got the job done on time. My plumber (Jake the Snake) recommended them and I couldn't be happier with the way it all turned out.

We had water filling and overflowing our meter case at the edge of our yard. Water main leak.... costly! We called a few companies to get estimates, and Apex answered their phones instead of making us leave a message. And, they sent a tech quickly.
By all appearances it was a leak on our side. Our tech, Rawel, was incredibly thorough and spent a good amount of time investigating during a FREE assessment callout.
Rawel was perplexed by what he was seeing, but not due to a lack of knowledge, but because he was so knowledgeable and it just didn't seem like a main line leak to him.
He suggested we call the city (again, as they were dismissive when we first called).
The city finally sent a tech, and that tech discovered that they had installed a new meter (we were not informed) incorrectly. The city tech replaced the meter and the problem was solved.
We were preparing for the worst (cost, inconvenience, landscape repair, etc.), and because Rawel was so thorough he saved us.
We cannot thank Apex enough and highly HIGHLY recommend their services.

We recently used Apex Plumbing to fix our sewer line and they were so professional and affordable! We were quoted nearly $20,000 from “the other guys” and Apex came back with a MUCH more affordable quote. The work was very well done and they made scheduling a breeze. HIGHLY recommended!

Ulissa was great to work with. We had 6 companies come out to give us a quote for a sewer line repair. We found the issue during an inspection while selling our house. Out of the 6 companies onky two showed up when they said they would apex and tipping hat. Apex was not the least expensive quote but by far we felt like they were the most honest with us. They were also half the price of several other companies for the work we needed done. It was crazy how far apart the quotes were and apex was at the lower end for price. They worked with a tight schedule so we did not need to move our closing date. They had the sewer line replaced in a day and did a great job cleaning the site up. They were always so nice to talk with on the phone. I did end up speaking with at least three different people and the experience was the same with all of them. I would recommend them and will be using them for any future plumbing jobs I have.

Apex completed a full sewer line replacement for us. We were under a time crunch bc the work had to be completed before closing on our house. Apex was very respectful and attentive to our timeline, and they completed the work with over a week to spare. I would recommend them to anyone needed sewer line work.
