I own a local plumbing company, recently we needed a complicated boring job completed. We were very nervous about it after talking with other companies before contacting underground enterprise. The guy they sent out was named bill. He was not scared like the other guys! We felt comfortable with them doing the work and he did a good job. Would definitly recommend them

Nolan came out and told us what we needed and the next day he had a new part so our plumbing was fixed. He even helped find a company to drain our tank on short notice. He took his time and answered all questions. Honest, quick, and very professional….would definitely recommend and use in the future.

Came home to a high alarm from my e-one grinder pump station. It was not high so I pulled the pump to find my pressure switches corroded. After a few test I concluded it needed the alarm switch. I called Nolan and told him what I had going on and he knew exactly what I needed and created a PO pretty much instantly. Payed for the parts Thursday night and had them on the doorstep Saturday. Installed the parts Sunday and had water flowing within an hour! Great customer service! Highly recommend

Our job was relatively small and easy, but they scheduled easily and got it done quickly. Didn't even have to pick up the phone to get a quote or schedule -- all done online

I needed my sewer, phone, and water line marked from the street to the house (811 doesn’t mark these) and Jake was able to schedule Mike to come out the next day. Mike worked hard to find everything for us and did. They offered the best price I could find too.

Called them with a challenge to find my water line going into my house. since it's not metal, its a bit more difficult to find. Mike came out and did his absolute best in trying to locate the line, but was still not 100% sure of it's location. He came up with a great idea that was not in the textbook and we located the waterline and fixed our issue immediately! Mike was a pleasure to work with and had a great attitude. You can truly tell that he enjoys what he does and likes solving a difficult problem! Thanks for being responsive and helping me out! Worth every penny!!!!

I highly recommend this company. Called them in a bind to get my utilities located and marked when 811 kept coming up short. They came next day and located my water line, main sewer clean-out, and gas line. He even put the depth throughout to show me how it changed across my front yard. My sewer line was deteriorating and clogged up. Elliott was great. He came out the next morning and explained what they would do and answered all of my questions. The job was done with in no time. The workers did an amazing job!! And my yard is not all dug up. I would definitely recommend this company for all your utility needs.

Elliot came with a crew and partnered with New Dimensions Plumbing to replace an old galvanized steel pipe from the street to my basement. That work went very well and was done expeditiously.

To pass county inspection, a few changes had to be made at the connection in my basement. Elliot did all of these updates for me and was extremely pleasant to work with. He communicated frequently via text and phone call, maintained the highest degree of professionalism, and cared deeply about my satisfaction with his work.

He spent time teaching me what he was doing (I’m a curious guy by nature) and also showed me how I can check my homes water pressure on my own in the future.
