Amazing service and amazing customer service! As a new home owner and discovering my sewer line had collapsed, I was in a panic. I was referred to A&A and they made sure to communicate what they would do and they for sure made it happen. They were delayed a day due to the snow (out of everyone’s control of course) but came the next day ready to get the job done. There was a small setback that Jerome and his crew figured out and when they came back the next day, made sure everything was complete and in well working order. 10/10 and 5 stars. I will definitely recommend to anyone with sewer or other home needs.

This company was contracted to do some work for our plumbing issue. The group came on time and went straight to work. Even with the weather being poor, they stuck around and waited till the rain stopped to continue their work. After fixing the pipe, they cleaned up as much as they could given the weather. They were professional and hard working. Thank you for great service and communication!

These guys are great. From the initial call speaking with Elliot, to Ever and his crew getting the job done. They were very professional and efficient.
I called A&A to have them replace a water service that was over 100 feet long and up a very steep hill. When Ever and his crew showed up they began working and got the new water line pulled within 4 hours. The holes that were dug to pull the water line through were backfilled, tamped down, and then covered with seed and straw.
This entire process was made easy and stress free.

Update: they would have had a 5 star rating if the communication was sooner on delays. Once Elliot connected with me over my unhappiness. He followed through with everything he could do within his power. They completed the job I one day after an unsuccessful try with a gap in between. They also left my area well done without me needing to buy dirt and mulch, on a rainy day as well!

A&A Construction and Utilities have been a tremendous partner in completing our large industrial laundry project. Their scope of work included installing a new 8" sewer line and a new 4" water line — both critical components that required navigating extremely difficult existing conditions.

Mr. Fidel and Crew 1 are extremely professional, well mannered, and knowledgeable and efficient. They replaced the sewage line leading out from our property to the street and filled back the spots that were dug out in a matter of a few hours. They were contracted to us from Warrior Plumbing, which is also a great organization. Very satisfied with this work and these are definitely my first choice for any plumbing related issues. Hands down the best underground company in Las Vegas. Byrd Underground/ Ditch Diggers repaired our lateral sewer line on 02/27/19. We had been without sewer and water for 5 days after dealing with another plumbing, that was just stringing us along. I called Byrd Underground at 4 pm in the afternoon and they were at our house the following morning at 6:30 am with an entire crew! Proper permits already pulled, started digging in the street and had my sewer service restored within three hours! They are one class act! Highly recommend. Tyler went above and beyond to help us.

What a wonderful company! If I could give them 6 stars, I would! Tyler and his team were courteous, knowledgeable and quick to respond to the emergency at my project. I would recommend Byrd Underground and will continue to give them our company's business.

I can't say enough about the integrity that was shown by Tyler during the issue we were having. We were having sewer backing up into a commercial building and we had the lines jetted and camera's ran by multiple companies and still would see issues. It was finally found that a company locally had done some underground work and demolished our sewer line because they didn't do the correct leg work before hand. Tyler Byrd was called and responded very aggressively against those that were at fault. Tyler was able to get the utilities commission and all other players involved to help hold the responsible party accountable. The work was completed by the company responsible at no cost to us. Tyler also evaluated another section of sewer line that was reported damaged, he was honest and straight forward and recommended no action be taken. Tyler Byrd, collected NO money from our company or any others as a result of our issue and saved us a TON of money by being honest about everything that was happening. He could have made money and/or not wasted his time on us, but he was sticking up for a company that didn't know any better. Tyler is in the business to make money, but he isn't the kind of guys that's going to take advantage of your situation. Thank you Tyler and Byrd Underground!
