Very Disappointing Customer Service
I called to inquire about sauna electrical repair, which is listed on their website, but the customer service was shockingly rude. When I mentioned the service was advertised, the representative yelled, "NO SORRY WE DON'T DO IT OH WELL!" without offering any help or professionalism and hung up. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. Would not recommend based on this interaction.

S-Carr (Shy) is the most dependable electrician out there for riverside and San Diego County. I use his services for all of my rental properties and personal. I can count on him to have excellent communication and outstanding pride in workmanship. If you need an electrician, Shy is the way to go.

As a new business owner, I was able to work with Nuenergy to install energy efficient light fixtures to give my spa the serene look I was going for. The whole process of booking, the installation, to clean up was professional and they were very knowledgeable on what would work best for my space.

The Nuenergy teams verified the scope of work. The electrician was polite along with the owner. The owner was attended to my questions and concerns. They ensured the work was completed quickly and passed inspection. The entire team was extremely helpful to me as a lady not knowing much about electrical panels/breakers.

Unfortunately workers struggle to confirm residential addresses. Falsely claims they tried to contact home owner, never got out of truck and left idling for 30 minutes minimum. I Left after that 30 min so not sure how long they hung out getting paid not working.

They entered my backyard which is fenced in without permission.
