Nice plants and selection. We went and browsed for about an hour, picked about $200 worth of plants, and then went to checkout, but the cashier wasn’t there. Previously we spoke with her, so it was definitely the right checkout location. Waited for about 20 minutes before giving up. Pretty unfortunate, we were excited about the selection we had chosen.

A couple years ago I had a customer that wanted compost on there flower garden and wanted Peter's compost. I went to get some, there was 2 girls working there and they told me they couldn't load my trailer. They told me to come back the next day. I came back the next day and they loaded me. I had another customer yesterday that wanted some. I went down to get some and again two girls working that still had no idea how to run a tractor. They said come back at 8:00 and someone would assist me. Now it's 9:00 and I have been calling for an hour and a half with no answer. Thanks Peter

I hired this company last summer to plant 5 blue spruce, an autumn blaze maple, a white oak, 3 river birches and a dwarf river birch (for my garden) and couldn’t be happier with the quality and professional work I received. Peter was so knowledgeable in designing and suggesting the different types of trees for my yard. One tree didn’t make it, which they will replace since their trees are guaranteed for one year. Now entering the second year, I’m delighted to see the rest are thriving and showing new growth. I also have scheduled the fertilizing and re-mulching of all my trees. Even the ones they did not plant. It was a more expensive project than I had originally anticipated, but I now have many different trees attracting new birds and will have years of enjoyment watching them grow.

Although their work is good the customer service is poor. We hired them last year for spring and fall. Paid them $1400 to do our landscape work with the promise to come back in fall and finish the project to seasonalize our beds. Then they would come back this spring and fall to keep it looking good. What they did last year was nice. But they never came back in the fall and never returned our calls asking why! We called 3 times this spring and finally got a call back with an apology and a promise to get to us in a week or so. It has been almost a month and no call! Apparently our business is not important. We have even recommended them to a neighbor before we realized they would not get back to us. The neighbor has called them three times and not received a call from them either. So if you’re not in a hurry and you don’t expect them to show up when they promise or at all they are fine.

I just wanted to share the most happiest experience, Brooke and Angela came today to plant my hydrangeas they did a fantastic job, very thorough and so knowledgeable, if you are thinking of having perennials planted give Nature by design a call,better yet stop by enjoy the beauty, I can't thank these wonderful ladies enough for their hard work, it's not easy digging where we are , I am enjoying the landscape, you made my day!

My family and I had the best possible experience with shopping here. I did not catch the name of who helped us but she took every detail we explained and gave us so many perfect possible options. They have so many ornamental plants and native wildlife loving plants to choose from. To top it off they have many variety’s of one plant so you can easily find what works for you and your space! I probably will be back yearly.

The ladies working there were helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I described what I was looking for and the space and was given a great starting plan for my garden area, complete with planting tips. They packed the plants into the car safely and efficiently.

The customer service is excellent. A real person with knowledge actually answers the phone and helps you. Their product is remarkable and easy to use. Don't go anywhere else.

This place has got to be the best business experience I have ever had. I did my first install as a DIY radiant heat novice and I was constantly on the phone asking for help. Everytime they were patient and professional. Years later I love this system but messed with my thermostat and burned out a fuse. I called to see where to buy one and they offered to send some to me right away. Please use these guys and keep them in business!

Buyer beware! I bought my floor heat system from Radiant. It worked for a short time. Then the pump that circulates water from the water heater to the heat exchanger broke. It was the middle of winter and the lack of heat caused my Manabloc manifold to burst open spraying water everywhere. At first I didn’t know why the heat stopped. Turns out the impeller in the pump was defective. Not only did I not get any help from Radiant, I was told “ our equipment has never failed, therefore it cannot fail. The house was still not ready to live in so I was not there at the time. I came in to find water everywhere. I would caution anyone who considers using Radiant to find someone who stands behind their product, instead of “ we have your money, now get lost! “ like I said. Buyer beware!

The initial unit they sent was leaking due to a faulty connection by the company. Wasn't leak tested. Also, pump was installed backwards. Questionable quality control. I was able to talk to someone and they did send a replacement piece with a 2% discount for my troubles. I went with this pricier set up to save me time, but it ended up costing me more time than building myself. It has been working for 3 weeks, hopefully this will continue.

Radiant Floor Co is an amazing company that truly cares about the products they sell and isntall. Rick helped me design and walk through every aspect of our home's heating system. 3+ years later, he is still available to talk about aspects of the system, minor adjustments, and optimizing everything you have set up, or adding to it! This is an A++ company - not only is the customer service out of the park, but their pricing is also very reasonable. Thank you!

They are some of the easiest people to work with.So friendly and willing to help you with your needs. Makes you feel that you are the most important person at that time. You always get a real person on the phone. I wish all companies did business like they do. I always brag about my system. Thanks

For over a month after install I had problems with their system not heating my domestic water unless I hit a backflow valve a couple times. First they said valve was dirty and to clean it (it was with their solder), still did not fix the problem. Second they said to put a whole house filter on ( I did), they even brought up about my ph of my water was too high.still didn't fix it. Third, I was put on the phone with a different person, the guy was very very rude and also raised his voice at me like the problem was me, I hung up the phone on him. Called the next day to start over with him. Finally sent a new valve, had it installed (80$). Fixed the problem, asked to get reimbursed for the faulty original valve, they said no, it was my problem. I don't get it, spent a lot of money on their system, they should've paid to the labor $ to have the valve replaced. I think they just could not believe the system could be bad, heck I don't know. Would I buy from them again?, probably not!

Do Not Buy From This Company. And if you have bought from them already, contact a local plumber and make sure its up to code. They sent a system to me that was not compliant with my local codes and the plumbers I used said it was a pretty big
no-no. They also said they had mailed replacement part but those still haven't showed up. Multiple leaks and just horrible customer service after the system was installed and I called out the mistakes. I will be contacting the department of commerce in my state and the state they are in. If they are not going to follow local building codes they can be sending these systems around the country. Very dissatisfied
