Update 6-9-2026
Recently had two generators replaced by two generators that I provided. Traded in two working Kohler generators. Due to what I consider a poor lack of communication between the Propane provider and electric company that job cost me way more than it should have. I am a generator dealer in Connecticut and know what the stuff should cost, I was definitely taking advantage of by both the Propane company (Dead River) and the electric company. Not happy, although I have to say the technicians who did the work did a good job, very professional.I am posting a review today based on a number of experiences I have had with this company. Most recently we underwent a significant solar system upgrade which involved installation of new solar panels and new charge controllers. During the installation, a number of components suffered failures. We are not entirely sure of the reasons for the failures, however it was likely there may have been some level of human error. Concurring with that assumption, the company stepped up to the plate and took responsibility for the job, and covered the cost of the necessary repairs. In addition to that they provided extensive follow-up calls and provided a myriad of different types of testing to ensure the system was operating normally and in a safe condition. I'm not posting a five star review, because some oversights occurred on this job, however the company deserves a good four star review for their level of resolve and concern to make it right for the customer. I would strongly recommend this company to anybody looking to do electrical or solar work.
