Tim was great! Friendly, professional and got our shower fixed and water back on quickly. We've used Benoure for several critical plumbing and HVAC issues over the years. They fix whatever needs fixing, and go the extra mile to make improvements, like when they replaced our central air unit and also improved it's foundation and moved it away from the window so it didn't impede our view. We appreciate their excellent service.

Ryan and Patrick installed a new high efficiency boiler system to replace our 30 year old boilers at our church building. They did such a fantastic job, I don't even know where to start. They were friendly, courteous, professional, ... you name it. During the three days they were there working on the new system, most of the time I didn't even know they were there. Simply put, they were fantastic. And when they left, you couldn't even tell that they were here, other than the fact that we now have a beautiful new system in our boiler room. We won't use another company. Benoure treated us great, and I don't think we could find any better. Thank you to Benoure, Ryan and Patrick!

I wanted to thank Crystal and John for their amazing responsiveness and professionalism over the past two days as we averted what could have been a terrible frozen pipes/damage event at our house in Stowe. The Benoure team really came through for us, after hours, in very cold temperatures, to make sure our house was not damaged, and we appreciate it so much!

I'm doing a largely self led kitchen renovation and came across a mystery pipe that needed some identification and relocation. I called Benoure on the recommendation of a friend and they had someone out within a day who ended up taking care of the job on the spot. I am rarely floored the way I was with Benjamins level of service, kindness about my completely destroyed home, and his ability to take what I thought was a monolith of a problem and fix it in an hour and a half. I will be recommending these guys to everyone and their mother and am so glad to have a new reliable plumber in the area. 10/10 for Benjamin.

Benoure was terrific. I had a leaky toilet. Grace was able to find a worker (Bailey) who was in the area on another job and my toilet was fixed quickly. I can’t thank them enough for their quick and fairly priced job.

Our old boiler was red tagged in August. Jarret responded quickly to our need for a proposal. They were able to schedule us quickly. Kenyon and Jared did the installation and could not have been more of a pleasure to work with. Crystal in the office made sure we got the best pricing they could offer. Clearly being an employee owned business means a lot. They were all professional, personable and customer oriented. Thank you! Bring on the winter. We are ready.

Tim was incredible- we called Benoure to come take a look at our system in our newly acquired house and we couldn’t have asked for a better person for the job. He was kind, patient, and thoughtful throughout the visit- first diagnosing the issues and then making time in his schedule to fix a bunch of things right off the bat. Tim
also took the time to teach us along the way by showing where different things were, what to keep an eye on, and what he’d tackle first vs things that could wait. Truly, could not have asked for a better experience or a better person for the job!
