Morid Wahedy was very courteous and helpful. He fixed our freezer problem and explained the issues so we could prevent future failures. He provided an excellent service. I am very satisfied.

I had a problem with my freezer icing over and my home warranty company assigned the claim to Loudoun Appliances. I am so glad they did. Morid arrived on time and was very professional. He was clear with each step about what the issue was and what he was going to do to resolve it. He took his time to make sure everything was done right instead of rushing through to the next job. Morid will now be my go-to for any appliance issues, I can’t recommend him enough!

Fantastic service! He convinced my home warranty company to shell out for a replacement of my stove/range glass top after they initially stated it wasn’t a repair they would cover. Saved me ~$500 minimum! Very professional and customer focused. Highly recommend!

January 2026 update - Mr. Morid was tapped again by my home warranty company to fix my dishwasher, which had stopped working abruptly. He was able to come just 1 day after I filed the service ticket and diagnosed and fixed the problem (failed electrical panel) quickly. He also replaced the door latch, which had stopped latching securely. So, again, fantastic service, and I hope my home warranty company continues to use Loudoun Appliances, LLC!

Morbid is a genius! Our home warranty company hooked us up with these guys to come take a look at our faulty dryer. Samsung had already sent their tech out twice to fix our dryer and the best he could tell us was "it can't be fixed. You need a new dryer."
Morbid was here for about 15 minutes before he diagnosed the problem as a faulty heating element. Sure enough he had a replacement in his truck and he swapped it out super quick. Had the dryer up and running like brand new.
Morbid and his helper were both courteous and extremely well informed. What a pleasure to deal with!

Mr. Wahedy was fantastic to work with. He was very professional and respectful. Repaired our dryer in a reasonable amount of time and made sure everything was working before he left. Cleaned up our laundry room when he was done and explained his work. Highly recommended and we would definitely use the services again if needed.

Morid was amazing helping us repair our side-by-side fridge freezer water dispenser and ice maker. He was SUPER quick, very tidy, and left everything better than he found it. Friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. Called to get help with refrigerator defrosting issue. Technician explained the common reasons for my particular issue and provided a solution. He noted that if the issue persists to let him know and he’ll take care of it. Overall I appreciate the service he provided and will likely reach out again should a need arise.

They have been out 3 times in the last 2 months and my fridge still does not work. The issue is it stops cooling in the fridge and freezer. Their response was it is because of defrost mode. Defrost mode doesnt take a week to complete.
They will do anything they can to not replace broken/ faulty parts, even lie to your insurance.

Honest, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Morid has helped me numerous times, with my dishwasher and refrigerator. What I appreciate is that he makes recommendations that are in his client's interest, not his. He just told me that it would be cheaper to buy a new dishwasher than to repair the current one! He is my first call if there are any issues with my appliances. He should be yours too!
