    Fantastic service! He convinced my home warranty company to shell out for a replacement of my stove/range glass top after they initially stated it wasn’t a repair they would cover. Saved me ~$500 minimum! Very professional and customer focused. Highly recommend! January 2026 update - Mr. Morid was tapped again by my home warranty company to fix my dishwasher, which had stopped working abruptly. He was able to come just 1 day after I filed the service ticket and diagnosed and fixed the problem (failed electrical panel) quickly. He also replaced the door latch, which had stopped latching securely. So, again, fantastic service, and I hope my home warranty company continues to use Loudoun Appliances, LLC!

    Morbid is a genius! Our home warranty company hooked us up with these guys to come take a look at our faulty dryer. Samsung had already sent their tech out twice to fix our dryer and the best he could tell us was "it can't be fixed. You need a new dryer." Morbid was here for about 15 minutes before he diagnosed the problem as a faulty heating element. Sure enough he had a replacement in his truck and he swapped it out super quick. Had the dryer up and running like brand new. Morbid and his helper were both courteous and extremely well informed. What a pleasure to deal with! Thank you guys!!!
