I am extremely pleased with the service and professionalism from Eagles HVAC Services. I recently received my winter preventative maintenance service and had a smart thermostat installed. Technician arrived timely and completed both jobs in a reasonable amount of time. Based on the level of service I’ve received thus far, I renewed my service contract for another year.

George was recommended to me by a family member for my HVAC maintenance. I also was having some issues with some smells in the crawl space under my home.
George responded quickly, we made an appointment, and he showed up right on time. He is very professional and kind. He also doesn’t try to upsell and was honest about everything. He cleaned my HVAC and gave me a couple of no pressure suggestions to improve the drainage of my unit. He also referred me to some Basement folks that did an outstanding job encapsulating my basement to fix the smells.

Zero Star Company with Techs requesting cash as payment….
Please do not use this company.
A technician visited our home at the end of April to examine our AC unit and provided a quote for over $2000 worth of necessary work. My husband prudently told the technician to allow him to confer with me first. The following day, the technician called my husband, stating he was in the area and could collect the cash or cashier's check, but we had yet to make a decision. After several weeks, we contacted our home warranty company to move forward with the work, only to find that the ticket had been closed. Fortunately, they dispatched another company, and our AC unit merely required a recharge. My husband and I are in the process of submitting formal complaints to our home warranty company to make sure that this doesn’t happen to anyone else. And in hopes that our warranty company part ways with doing business with them. I can imagine how many customers this technician has faked repairs too.
